The doctor and the staff were very accommodating for each of my visits. They took good care of me during my surgery and were very nice. I'm very glad I came here for my procedure!

I appreciated Dr. Frazee's expertise. He explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions. He talks fast, but I did not feel I was being hurried in the appointments. I needed to ask him to repeat a few things but that was no problem. It is 2 weeks after my procedures and so far it appears that I am having a very good outcome.

I've felt no pain at all after I've gotten all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out at once.

I highly recommend Western Reserve Oral (OMS) they did a wonderful job with my wisdom tooth removal. They gave me step by step explanations on after care and what to expect during and after surgery. It was quick and easy. All the staff had an understanding of the process if i had a question. They are all so polite which made getting my surgery very positive for me.

Nice team of doctors and good service

I was referred to Dr. Frazee from my dentist in regards to having my wisdom teeth removed. The whole team worked with me to make sure I was taken care of fully and happily. They were able to get me in from 3 weeks to just a week for my consultation because I was in pain. Then I got to meet Dr. Frazee and the staff which made me feel like he knew what he was doing. Then Lisa worked really hard to make sure I could be see the doctor on my appointment date. The doctor made the procedure painless.
