I want to say thank you to the staff at Eagle Transmission in Mesquite for all thier help. My Acura was skipping gears from 2nd to 3rd and I was really scared of having to buy another vehicle. I almost have my car paid off so I didn't want to incur any more major debt in this economy. I called after seeing an ad about a free diagnosis. I was skeptical and uncertain because I've never had a transmission repair so I didn't know what to expect or watch out for. My dad had a very negative exerience a few years ago in Ft. Worth so I defitnately was not trusting when I got there. The staff was very helpful and explained things in a way I could understand (I'm not mechanical and don't know much about cars) They even brought me under my car and also used a model transmission to explain what was wrong and what they were fixing. (I never knew a transmission had so many parts! :) The staff was able to work with us on the price. The treatment and experice was really good.

When I called this shop on a sunday I was really surprised to get an answer let alone someone who actually knows what they are talking about. My vw jetta was having problems and I was broke down on the highway. Eagle towed me in and first thing Monday morning I received a phone call that it wasn't anything major but a minor problem that was inexpensive to repair. Most shops do not even know how to repair a vw, and that included my dealer. I want to thank everyone at Eagle for being honest and treating my like a person and not a number. I will continue to come to Eagle for free inspections because they are honest and treat you and your vehicle with respect. Most shops are out there to get your money no matter what. When I asked for a price they wouldn't give me one, I know now that they do that because they don't know what is wrong until they check the car. When I was stuck on the road I was in danger and their tow truck got there within 20 minutes. This is the best shop to come to in the area if value, integrity and professionalism are important to you like they are to me. Thanks to everyone at Eagle for making my experience a pleasnt one and the repair is perfect!
