On a Saturday morning I noticed my hot water tank leaking. I called Josh at Duncan Plumbing. He was not able to get to me until 5:30 but even at that late hour, he was able to install a new tank. His rate was reasonable and the job was handled in a professional manner. I am just so glad that I did not have the hassle of going out and finding a new tank. In addition the tank he installed was of much higher quality than ones you can get at the "big box" stores. I would highly recommend Duncan Plumbing.

Josh came in to install a water pressure back up sump pump on my new house. He showed up on time, was courteous and took the time to explain to me how the unit operated. He cleaned up and performed the test on the unit. He was complete in less than 3 hours. Great professional plumber who is honest and performs quality work. I highly recommend him and his work.

I had a serious main line leak, and had to have the county shut off my water at the street. I called 4 plumbers. Only 2 answered the phone, and only Duncan Plumbing made an appointment. Mr. Duncan showed up on time and was prepared with quote forms and tools. We talked about my myriad plumbing problems, he examined all the pipes with leaks. We talked about my options, and he gave me extremely reasonable quotes for fixing things two different ways. And then he did the most amazing thing....he fixed my most critical problem immediately. I had water restored the very first day he came to the house! Thank you, Duncan Plumbing, you are the best!

Nice guy! Arrives on time, does the work and explains what he did. Offers suggestions for preventive maintenance. Reasonably priced. Will definitely call him again and recommend to neighbors, family and friends.

Josh from Duncan Plumbing is great, he came out and fixed my toilet, cleaned out the sump pump crock, fixed my faucets in my garage, and connected my dryer vent. He was very nice, professional, and affordable and most important he did a great job!!! If you ever have a plumbing emergency, give them a call. Mr. Duncan was at my home within 30 minutes of my call (7:00 at night) and was courteous, efficient, and highly professional. We had Josh install a gas line for us for our new pool. He did an excellent job. He was couteous, on time, reasonable rates, professional. We will be using him to install a new bathroom in our basement. If you are looking for a plumber we highly recommend him.

I have used Josh at my place of buisiness on several occasions. I have had Josh over to my house twice now to work on different plumbing issues. Having Josh is like having your best friend as a plumber. I was showing him a TV in our bedroom and he asked what is wrong with your faucets in our master bath. The Moen faucets were put on backwards by my fatherlaw and he noticed it by just walking by! The next time I had him out was to fix the faucets! I will use Josh in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone who asks!!!

Duncan Plumbing solved my sump pump problem with a quality sump pump at a low price. He came out the day I called for help, and fixed it all in a couple hours.

Duncan plumbing did a great job at my home, they were quick and very neat in the work they performed.

We have used Duncan Plumbing twice. Once to fix our hot water heater, ond once to fix plumbing for our well water. They came out right away and had the problem identified and fixed quickly. This would not have happened as quickly with any other company. The price was very competitive and they explained everything to us before and after completion. I would recommend them to everyone!
