I have used Josh for several plumbing issues including a clogged sink and broken outdoor hose faucet. The outdoor faucet was installed last fall and recently failed. Josh responded right away and quickly fixed the issue without having to replace it. His service and response times are excellent. I will continue to use him in the future as it is nice to have a reputable contractor you can count on.

Great company. Used 3 times now for utility tub, clogged kitchen sink and install new kitchen faucet. Very honest, reliable, on time. Josh even suggested "do it yourself fixes" over the phone first, in case we could fix ourselves! Very fair & trustworthy. Highly recommend.

Great service! I had a pipe leaking in my garage that went into the house and was very worried that small leaks turn into big ones. Josh was very professional, got the job done quickly and the water pressure is better than it was before! I will definitely use his services in the future!

Outstanding! Painless plumbing experience. I was able to schedule the appointment in a reasonable time, he called when he was on his way (which was a bit earlier than even expected), provided repair options, and fixed the problem. He was quick, clean, and very nice. What a relief. I did not feel pressured for extra services or products, I was comfortable having him in my home, and he was very professional and prompt. My problem has been resolved when 3 other plumbers could not fix it. I may end up needing a new toilet, but time will tell if this less-expensive solution will work. I will call Duncan Plumbing for all plumbing concerns from now on - he knows what he's doing!

Clogged drain. Tried the liquids, etc. No luck. Called Duncan. He got here quickly. Had the clog fixed in 10 minutes. Cleaned up after. And most important, charged me less than he quoted on the phone. Very professional, very fair. I highly recommend.

Josh Duncan has been my neighbor's plumber for a number of years, so when I needed a plumber's services, I called Duncan Plumbing. Duncan Plumbing is amazing, fast, and reasonable pricing ! I called on a Sunday morning as my basement was flooding due to my sump pumps not working! Josh was here in 10 minutes and replaced the units within 45 minutes. He even left a industrial fan for me to help dry up the carpet and offered to let me use his wet dry vacuum if I needed.

I now have used Duncan Plumping twice both times have been a great experience, he is a local guy that really cares about his customers, I called several other places around town on Sunday do to an emergency they were the only ones who responded, will not use anyone else for my plumbing needs

Josh fit us in on a Monday morning to fix a leak in our bathtub. We are selling our house and needed it fixed right away, and he did just that! I would highly recommend Duncan Plumbing.

Josh came out on a Sunday to replace an outside faucet that started leaking. I can not say enough about how he took the time out of his weekend to help me out. He was very friendly and I will definitely use him again.

I can't say enough about Josh and his worker Dave. Our hot water pipe going to the bathroom (through the attic) burst. He can in checked things out and made us happy until he came in the next day to route the plumbing under the house through the crawl space. He also corrected two problems we had no idea were there. Can't say enough. I am now putting him on my speed dial. I would highly recommend Duncan Plumbing.

I wanted to add a corner shower to my downstairs 1/2 bath. I called 3 plumbers to get a quote, not only was Duncan plumbing available that same day to give me a quote the other 2 plumber's quotes were more than twice as much! I am extremely happy with the service, friendliness, professionalism, quality of work, and affordable price I received and would highly recommend Duncun plumbing to anyone.

Duncan was the only plumbing company that actually answered their phone. Josh came out late in the day and fixed our backing up sewer line. He offered several options on how to fix the problem and explained everything very clearly. Very professional and reasonably priced. I would recommend Duncan to my family and friends and I will definitely call them again.

I had another company give me a $10,000 estimate for a repair to my main sewer line. I called Duncan plumbing for a second opinion and after inspecting it he assured me that nothing was wrong with pipe at all. He could have easily given me a large estimate as well but he is so honest!

We woke up on Sunday morning, Father's Day, to a kitchen flooding by gushing water coming through the ceiling. At 5:45 am I called the plumber list, praying someone would answer the phone. After going through 12 numbers, Josh from Dunkan picked up! He was over within the hour, diagnosed the issue, fixed the problem, referred us to a damage mitigation and remediation service, and essentially gave us fantastic service. I have never written an online review for anything, ever... but felt compelled to share the incredible and service we received today. Having had disastrous plumber experiences in the past, we NEVER expected to have a good experience with a plumber, let alone a great one. THANK YOU so much, Josh!
