the amenities are very lovely and I love spending my time relaxing at them and I love all of the activities they have to offer

Lorenzo is a very convenient and nice apartment for USC students. The shuttle drivers and safe guards are quite nice and helpful. One of the safe guards Ruben helped me find my lost keys, thanks!

Lorenzo is a great place! Much better than school housing. Very nice apartments and wonderful equipments. They also have interesting activities every night. Linda Kim took me on a tour and showed me around. She is so nice and patient! It's a wonderful place to stay.

The Lorenzo is a beautiful apartment complex with an extremely convenient location.

I was blown away by the Lorenzo when I went to visit a friend last year. beautiful, fully furnished apartments and endless amenities. There are so many places to just hang out around the facility and they host tons of social events and parties. Security is great and really makes everything feel safe. would definitely recommend the Lorenzo to anyone looking for their first apartment.

They have an amazing facility running there and honestly the most appealing part about it is the high quality food they sell at Central Kitchen. I probably eat there 3-4 times a week and love the variety they offer. Would recommend living here to anyone.

I moved into Lorenzo recently and so far have had a really good experience with the leasing staff and management. My leasing agent Janelle was very helpful and made the process run smoothly! What I like about Lorenzo is how clean the property is and that it has everything so I don't ever have to leave. I would definitely recommend this place to other students looking for housing in the area!

My daughter really liked living at the Lorenzo. It is a great facility with tons of amenities. The people at the Central Kitchen are super nice & very accommodating and the security personnel are exceptionally polite and try hard to provide good customer service. My daughter's apartment was lovely & she took a lot of pride in decorating it and keeping it looking nice.

My leasing agent Janelle was incredibly helpful.

My living experience there was great since lorenzo has many great amenities such as the pool, gym and theater.

I am sure this is one of the best place to live near USC they have security here 24/7 so I feel more secure knowing they are here when needed! I took a tour

with Linda kim she was so helpful and very knowledgable about the property. She took us to all 4 resort style pools, the 24 hr study rooms and of course the decked out apartment. I look forward to moving forward after my tour. make sure to ask for Linda if you stop by for a tour she is your go to agent!!

All I've got to say is David Rodriguez is the absolute most helpful and professional staff member ever! Costumer service off the chart :)

All in all I had a great time at this apartment complex compared to the countless others I have stayed at. It is the perfect place for college students to feel safe, yet live in a college atmosphere and have so many top notch amenities at their fingertips. I've met the sickest and most talented people just by hanging out at the restaurant and pool!

I don't personally live here, but I have a lot of friends that do! Honestly, Lorenzo is the place to be for a college student, especially on weekends it's poppin! There is so much to do even after the night is finished like playing games above central kitchen or going to the karaoke room and jammin out with friends. Also can't forget to mention how clutch central kitchen is! If I went to school in downtown I would definitely live here because it's definitely worth it!

The Lorenzo is the best housing option around USC. I lived at another apartment complex off campus last year and it doesn't even compare to how nice the Lorenzo is. I read the bad reviews on here so I was initially skeptical but the amenities are amazing and the staff is the nicest! (They're always providing residents w free food) It is a perfect place for students because it's safe and there's always something going on!



Overall, I've really enjoyed my experience here & would definitely recommend it!

I recently moved into the Lorenzo and so far am loving it. The staff is friendly, the amenities beautiful, the location amazing.

The lorenzo is definitely the greatest apartments for one to live in while attending school, specially USC. The apartment itself offers great amenities and the resident services, specifically "Michelle" do everything they can to make our lives easier. Michelle though, she is the Queen of taking care of your problems. They building has a lot of residents and at times it gets hectic if you need a service but they always come through, so far.

Alright, so far I'm liking it. Good job. We worked out the kinks and so far I'm feeling this place.
