Rafael and Gustavo from maintenance really came through! Super prompt service saved our apartment from flooding from a backed up sink.

I emailed Oscar about some issues in my house and he responded right away, then Rafael came the next day helped to fix every problem.

Angela, a manager from resident service helped me so much with all situations, I wouldn't renewed if it wasn't her that's been helping this whole time, if u have any problem, talk to her, she is the one u need!

William from the service team came to fix our broken door handle today and did an amazing job. He worked hard on it for an hour, and now it's as if it were brand new. On top of that, he was very friendly and in an infectiously happy mood that brightened my day. The work-order system at the Lorenzo is definitely superb. Thanks William!

I submitted a service request to help fix my door's locking mechanism. William from the maintenance staff came to help and was both friendly and very efficient. A 5-star maintenance for sure.

William and Sergio of the maintenance staff have been incredibly helpful in fulfilling work-orders. Both of them get 5 stars.

As for residing at the property, I highly recommend special requesting a room with a courtyard view upon signing your lease

Excellent service work by Rafael. He was quick and and very friendly. Finished his work in under an hour

Oscar and Sergio are the best in maintenance! We put in a service request and within half an hour they were there, fixed the problem in the matter of 15 minutes and were extremely sweet! Awesome staff.

I've lived here for the past 8 months and have to say by far The Lorenzo is the best Apartment Complex I have lived at since being a college student. It's a perfect place for college students to do their thing! have fun and still focus on school. So many Amenities and a lot of study rooms ! which is helpful cause I know I can't study in my bed. What tops the Lorenzo off is they have great Residence service, Especially Velvet she's my favorite manager in the office. If you ever run into any problems ask for Velvet!

I have lived in the lorenzo for 1.5 years. this is definitely the best student housing around USC. private dryer and washer, free dinner, events everyday and they even have a theater. I graduated this dec which means i wont be able to live here anymore. but i will miss my time here and wish i can find an apt like here

I have lived here for two years and it is definitely the best place to live as student!

Aaron Puchahes is one of the most professional, helpful, and caring employees that The Lorenzo has to offer. He made sure that my Relet process went smoothly, safely, and that both parties were satisfied.

Aaron, you rock!!! Hands down, one of the best managers I had the pleasure to work with.

I was stunned by the variety of facilities and infrastructures of this student housing when I visited my friend here. I can tell that the staff put a lot of effort to make sure that the place is comfortable and functional to their residents. The place is also guarded by many securities personnels and cameras.

There are definitely a lot of people living here, so you will always be able to make friends, especially during regular events held on site (they have yoga classes every week too ).

I also got to know the staff who work here, who are professional and genuine. They do work diligently to ensure that their residents are taken care of.

The building itself is also conveniently located next to a metro station and is in vicinity of a selection of restaurants (mostly fast food). I do highly recommend living here if you want a comfortable living experience.

Very good place to live in, swimming pool, 24/7 study rooms and nice staff. Several days ago, I submitted a service request to fix the electronic outlets in my room. They responded to me quickly and William came to fixed it timely. Highly recommended

I've had some issues that I've been trying to resolve here and I wanted to thank Thomas for his help in finally getting them resolved for me. I've lived in a dorm before but this my first time living in this kind of off campus housing so there was a little bit of an adjustment but overall this place is pretty fantastic. Can't beat all the amenities - gyms, pools, fun events with free food! And the maintenance guys and security guys are pretty nice too. They've always been willing to help me out, especially officer Walton who helped me with my car the other day. Love the resort atmosphere of this place.

I tend to do a lot of stupid things that require help from resident services. Lorenzo is definitely an upscale place to live, and staff like her maintain that atmosphere and makes me feel at home.

The Lorenzo is GREAT!

It is definitely perfect for students! They make sure to accommodate to many things a student would need: study rooms, gym, a POOL, billiards, and just an aesthetically pleasing environment.

One of my concerns as a young female student is security. The Lorenzo is HUGE so I appreciate the safety they provide as well.

The Lorenzo has a great staff and throws great events! The buildings and grounds are beautiful!! I would highly recommend!
