I had my infected computer fixed & updated by john & lupe.I was very pleased with the results. Would not hesitate to refer or use them again.

My computer woudln't boot up and I was at a loss for what to do. I found TLC in the yellow pages. They were conveniently located and easy to find. They kept me informed on the status and progress of my repair, and were reasonably priced. My computer now works faster and better than ever before.

I have 3 computers between my wife and I: the first one was a dell xps with a cracked screen, they replaced the screen for less than $200, works great. The second computer is a white mac laptop that was running extremely slow, they replace the hardrive which gave me a bonus 120GB on top of the 200GB i already had! And the last computer is a netbook filled with viruses, they did their in-shop special and now it is good as new. TLC Computer Solutions is a great computer repair shop that really gives you the best deals out there.

TLC computer solutions made choosing a new laptop easy and stresss free. I told them what I was looking for and was given choices along with the pros and cons of choosing one model over another. I am very happy with the selection I made.

I used the services of John (PLC Computer Solutions) twice. Initially John came to my home and corrected a problem on my Dell desktop computer. I was so impressed with his professionalism when I decided to upgrade to a new computer, I had John install the latest software in my old computer, which I then gave to my daughter. This same process was done with my daughter’s computer, which was given to my grandson. He did a superb job; and all three computers are now working perfectly. To say I was pleased is an understatement. I recommend PLC Computer Solutions without reservation.

John, thanks for helping me out this morning. I just got the laptop up and running and YES! it is much quicker than what I have been accustomed to. John was highly reccommended by a friend of mine. I had two pcs that had Vista (UUH!!!) and John upgraded both to Windows 7. Installed security, wireless. I was only without my pc's for a couple of days. He's quick, efficient, and very reasonable in price. I would reccommend John any day.

John was a lifesaver. He removed a very ugly virus. He also installed additional RAM, new security software, updated some of my programs, cleaned and optimized my computer. His price was very fair and he was efficient and timely. Other companies had quoted me higher prices and one even told me I shouldn't bother and just buy a new computer.
