I am responding to the owner of TLC Computers. I found it strange that when I originally dropped off my laptop, I never received anything stating that you had it and what you would do. I was never contacted in a 2 week period for any updates. When I was wondering and called was told your technician was out all week????I am not comfortable at this point to let you hold my laptop hostage and then decide what you feel is your price ar the time and not have you atleast check with me. I had to learn the hard way and pay $60. for a still broken laptop but I would be a real idiot to return to have you tack on more charges and have it work once. THere are way too many shady business in Las Vegas and you rank up there with them.

What a horrible experience! I was supposed to receive a free quote of what was wrong with my computer that ended up costing $60. I was never told upfront of this charge and brought my computer home after paying and my laptop worked 1 day and never worked again. What a RIPOFF! Don't use this company!

This is a great company and they fixed my BSOD (Blue Scree of Death) on my Windows 7 dual processor computer and I am up and running now. They even suggested a new anti-virus program and other downloads. I highly recommend them! Their fee is very reasonable and John and Carl really know there stuff!

I needed a stick of ram for an old computer. They had it at a great price, cheaper than Frye's! They were super friendly and willing to talk to my friend on the phone who knew more about the computer than I did. I will definitely go back!

Very helpful in fixing both major and minor computer problems. Reasonably priced. Honest when asking questions on purchasing new computers.

Job well done by this shop and I will recommend it to other people who have issues with their computers.

John was very helpful. He spent much time to help me,as there was more than one problem to be fixed. He was patient with me as I'm not good with things we needed to do. I will keep your business in mind if I need anymore services.

Computer Solutions has worked on my laptop twice. Both times they were reasonably prompt and very courteous. Their office hours make it convenient as well. If you're tired of turning over your computer to a "friend of a friend" or one of the myriad of scam artists out there, try these guys; they're great.

Backing up my crippled harddrive to an external harddrive was a blessing. John went out of his way to help me in restoring my old email account.

We ran into one little "glitch" but John bent over backwards to make things right. He was honest with me and completely fair - that counts for a lot !! I am VERY satisfied with the outcome. This is the BEST computer service that I have dealt woth - and I have dealt with many.

Many times computer people never seem to fix my business equipment. On several times, I took my equipment into TLC Computer. Everything works and was done on time. I will continue to use them and recommend them to others at business, and throughout the community.

I had my infected computer fixed & updated by john & lupe.I was very pleased with the results. Would not hesitate to refer or use them again.
