Its June with over 100 temps in Vegas and the limo has no air conditioner that works. I paid close to 150.00 and I feel like for that price I should not havr had to ride with the windows down to avoid heatstroke. I understand that things happen but I called the company 4 times just to get the run around. I am still waiting for the supervisor to "call me" after 3 weeks. I was not asking for a refund but I do feel like I should not have paid full price for faulty limo and unpleasant ride. Customer service is AWFUL to say the least. However, my driver was a gentleman and very nice. That was the only upside.

Presidential Limousine in Las Vegas was great to use for our wedding. We were picked up right on time and the chauffeur took us all over town. We started in Henderson, they took us to a hotel to pick up people, then go to the strip for pictures, and then back to Henderson for dinner. After dinner they drove us up the strip, stopped for the bathroom, and dropped off people at four different hotels. We were able to plug in our IPod and able to listen to our music the whole time. The cooler was stocked with ice and the champagne was cold. We had a great time and Shawn was a terrific driver!

I usually am not the type to take the time to fill out revies but after using limousine company after limousine company in las vegas always to be dissapointed, then we gave Presidential a try. The limousine was emaculate, on time and driver Ty was nothing short of amazing. LAS VEGAS DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR USE PRESIDENTIAL FIRST AND SAVE YOURSELF THE DISSAPONTMENTS OF THE REST!!

My husband and I recently used Presidential Limousine for our airport transfers (their web special is great) and were pleasantly surprised at the outstanding service we received. The driver (or chauffeur, as he was extremely professional) was at the carousel as promised when we arrived and assisted us with our luggage.. our day of departure was easy as well as the limo was there as promised and on time... I have used several car services in Las Vegas who were all nothing more than taxi services.. employing slobs in suits... but this one is great. I highly recommend them.
