Presidential Limousine is the best livery service I have ever used (and I used to live and work in NYC). Seriously, their drivers and their support team understands what the customer is looking for, and they deliver. Presidential Limousine is the only Car Service I have in my phone. I wish they were everywhere I traveled.

The whole process was very smooth. My friend recommended you guys to me and I called about 4 hours prior to my flight and they were able to send a driver to pick us up from the airport no problem! The driver was so sweet, took photos of our group, was very accommodating and even gave me a flower since I was the bachelorette. I will definitely use this company in the future when I need this service. Thank you

We used Presidential Limo in October for my birthday trip, and have a reservation for our visit next month. The price is reasonable, the cars are clean and well maintained, the drivers are professional and punctual, the customer service is great (they let me adjust pick up times without issue), AND you get champagne to set the tone for your vacation. I can't imagine a Vegas trip without Presidential Limo.

Everything about Presidential Limo was great! We were treated so nicely when we arrived in Las Vegas and the driver was so professional. I highly recommend this service as transportation. They were also on time during our departure when it was fight weekend. Will definitely use them again!

My wife and I reserved a limo to drive us around the strip for an hour after our Elvis wedding at the Viva Las Vegas Wedding chapel. I can't recall our driver's name - a woman, Victoria? Valerie? I wish I could remember, but I was SO giddy and kinda spaced right after the ceremony! She was just incredible. So friendly, so professional, and went above and beyond for us. She first took some pics of us in front of the chapel and in front of the limo - so sweet! There was champagne waiting, chilled. We had our driver put up the partition, turned on the tunes, drank a whole bottle of champagne, and just enjoyed being newly married! Our driver even stopped at the Welcome to Las Vegas sign and took some more pics of us there - we hadn't thought any stops were included, and that was so sweet of her to stop. She dropped us off right on time for our dinner reservation. It was a wonderful ride!

We were married in Vegas yesterday and had arranged for presidential limo to pick us up. They were on time, called to notify us of their arrival and location. Limo was beautiful and clean. Staff friendly and professionally dressed. For a very affordable price we had the limo an hour and 2 bottles of champagne. Fantastic experience and a memorable part of our special day!

Edwin at Presidential called 20 minutes before his scheduled arrival time and I was ready to go. This is my my 3rd time using Presidential and as always they're professional, courteous, on time and clean. Edwin made sure my ride was comfortable and showed me where the back seat controls for air conditioning and the radio were. He was extremely polite opening the door for me upon departure and arrival at my destination. Presidential has always exceeded my expectations and I love recommending them to friends and family. This is a wonderful service.

Wow, presidential indeed! We hired Presidential Limo to take us from our wedding to our hotel, and were glad we did. Our driver, Tommy, was early and took great care of us! We got complimentary champagne and bottled water when we left, and we could not complain one bit!

I called Presidential Limousine on our way to LAX to check availability. They did!! We had the greatest driver. The limo was clean and smelled fresh. Our driver took great pride in his car and us. For the life of me, I can't remember what his name is. I do know that he only works during the day. He's phillipino and wears glasses. He was AWESOME. We had him on our trip back to the airport. He gave us a pick up time and was on time. Even gave my husband a call when he arrived. When we revisit Las Vegas, we will definitely use this service again.

When I thought no other Taxi service would pick us up at 1:00am on a Friday night after just getting into town, Presidential Limousine came through at not only an affordable price, but in a stretch Cadillac Escalade with water bottles for everyone. Their driver was incredibly friendly, welcoming, professional and got us there without a hitch. Ended up being one of the best Vegas trips I've ever had, and without a doubt Presidential Limousine played a big part in that!

The best, I will use this service every time, when I got off the plane Sarah was already there waiting, she was very nice and friendly, I don't remember the guys name that picked me up but he was supper nice, after 3 days of partying I was so exhausted and dehydrated he made my drive to the airport very comfortable, he blasted the AC and gave me water, I think he noticed I had a rough weekend, lol it was a very pleasant ride, Thanks for everything.

Prices were competitive for a 6 passenger SUV limo, and they actually sent the 12 person to take us back, which was neat. Everything ran smooth from the start. Sydney sent a text from baggage claim and even noted which carousel our bags were coming out on. After a short walk to the limo parking area she snapped a few pictures, popped the champagne, and gave my girl a rose. Perfect intro to a vegas weekend! She was awesome, offered to take us the long way down the strip and played some tunes we requested on the way. The return trip Adrian took great care of us. He knew we were in a hurry and got there a bit early to take us back. He had ice cold waters waiting for us in the limo and it was a hassle and stress free trip back to the airport. Both of the limos were like-new and very clean with cold ac. So glad I found this company on yelp. They will be the only limo service I even consider for future vegas trips!

Our driver, Danny K, was fantastic! I arranged for the pick up as a surprise for my girlfriend. It couldn't have gone any better! Danny went above and beyond, it started as I got off the plane, I had a text waiting for me explaining where to meet Danny, and continued as Danny explained all the changes and new attractions in town, great tips! I would so highly recommend using this service and Danny in particular!

My boss made a very important trip to vegas and after arranging for him to be picked up at airport with this group they have utterly failed me. I called earlier to let them know the flight was delayed and made sure this would not be a problem. But still o driver showed up to get my boss and now he is in a taxi on the way to the Wynn and his meeting. Embarrassing and will never use this group again!

There are much better limo services out in LV. I wouldn't choose this one again EVER. I don't really care if they get great reviews, it's bull.



I got the stretch limo to surprise my fiance and her friends and take them from the airport to the hotel to start her bachelorette trip. The limo came with NO AIR CONDITIONING in the middle of the summer. The driver didn't even acknowledge it and wouldn't do anything about it.



I called the general manager Jeff. The guy didn't offer to refund the amount in full, citing that his service has been great for 100,000 clients. So what? If you can't take care of the one that counts this time, your service sucks. He asked if I own a limo service? No, I don't and I don't need to own one to understand that 9 girls starting their vacation in Vegas shouldn't be sweating like crazy and desperate to get to the hotel in 20 min, when the service offered was for a 1 hour trip around the strip.



In the future, why don't you get the service right, or do something to accommodate.
