Good customer services, Extra-ordinary speed and friendly atmosphere!! They repaired my phone in 20 minutes as promised. Recommended to many friends who got scammed before by other non-professional repair shops.

Home button of my iphone stopped working and I had to press with full force to make it work. They replaced it in minutes and it feels so smooth ever since. I even got a call from them after a week; they asked me about condition of my phone and requested me to post the review. So here I am. All five stars for you guys:)

If you want your phone fixed, use this service. There are a many dodgy companies out there that will take your phone and return it damaged or scratched. This company does exactly what they say, fix your phone!!!.

I had to wait for whole hour there before my turn came. I was initially very furious due to this time wastage, but I understand now why there are so many people wanting to get their devices repaired from them. Their services are better than others around so no complains about time as far as they repair it quickly and efficiently.

The best place to get your smartphone and apple devices fixed. I was devastated when my iphone 5 screen destroyed. Apple told me my only option was to purchase a new iphone and that their Apple Care Protection Plan did not cover that type of repair. Desert wireless seemed like the best option in the las vegas area for screen repairs/replacements. The service was quick and my iphone looks as good as new.

Wookie and his team provide an incredibly slick, well oiled, fairly priced, timely service that I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone else. Bought a yelp deal which saved me $20 on repair.

After looking at a few different companies offering apple i device repairs, and seeing some pretty bad reviews, I decided to send my iPod 4G with its shattered screen to Desert wireless due to their positive reviews. Initially, I did not think they could do the repair as the website only mentions iPhones, however I got in touch by phone and was told they could do my iPod. I sent my brother to get it repaired for me. They did a perfect job.

I'm the ultimate sceptic - I never believed for a minute that they would deliver the service that they did. Great great service, no problems whatsoever. Recommending in the future to a lots of friends.

This is the second time I've used Desert Wireless for iPhone. First time was for a smashed screen and they repaired it and quickly returned my phone. This time the issue was with dock connector which needed to be replaced. They took about an hour to do that. There are NO scratches and iPhone is in perfect condition.

I saw the positive reviews and decided to stop by the Tropicana Avenue location of this store and I am so glad. Within 10-15 minutes they were able to fix the connection on my iPhone 4S's LCD screen since I had dropped it a few days prior and the screen was full black and unresponsive. Highly recommend doing business here as I plan on doing in the future.

They are amazingly hospitable and extra-ordinarily professional. My brother recommended me to go there to get my samsung phone repaired. They gave me back faultless phone with no complaints at all.

After I managed to put my I-Phone through the wash, which I was assured was not totally unusual, my screen wouldn't light up at all. I attempted to dry it out without success. My service provided, not yellow but close, was totally unhelpful, they wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount for a replacement or to buy out the remainder of my contract and then sell me a new contract.



I found desert wireless iphone repair via a google search, and their customer service was fantastic, kept me up to date through the repair which was done at a reasonable rate.



All in all I am very satisfied with the experience and will recommend to anybody.

I took my iPhone 4 for screen-repair to Apple office on Las Vegas Blvd and was disappointed. The staff there is extremely obnoxious and to add to that, they were charging me huge amount for this repair. An asian guy came to my rescue and told me about desert wireless and even guided me. It did not take much of time locating their shop. The staff here is completely opposite to that of Apple's, prices are less than half and quality is as good as Apple's. Will go there again!

My iPhone 5 stopped working and went blank. Desert wireless was in the neighborhood so I took. They were really fast and professional and got my iPhone working again. They have best team and everyone looked professional. Danny was the guy who repaired mine.

These guys have been here for way too long and they have learnt a lot with time. When I went there an year ago, they were erroneous but now they've come a long way and perfected in this field. For me they are the best around now. They gave life to my almost dead iPhone. Few days ago I was the one who was wanting to throw it away as it stopped working - it was not charging, it did not switch on even when I put it on charge for 5 hours. I took it to them; after some inspection they told me some over-the-head technical stuff about problem and after some time WHOA! I had a fully working iPhone in my hands.
