Great customer service and professional team makes Desert Wireless one of the BEST in town. I am a satisfied regular customer and I've been there thrice!

I had my HTC One X repaired from them when it's screen got damaged. Wookie, the owner here is very polite person and a knowledgeable man. I asked a lots of other things about my phone and he answered all of them while other guys were repairing the phone. They even called after a few days to check whether my phone was working fine.

They're too good



Well, I accidentally dropped my iPhone 4 and ended up with them on friend's recommendation when I was in Vegas on weekend. They replaced the screen very cheaply for $40, their behavior was also good. Highly recommended!

I walk out of their office as a happy customer when they changed the battery of my 3GS which was completely dried out few days back. They changed a little amount for that and work was done in just about 20 mins.

My 3Gs screen broke badly and I was expecting a huge bill to get it repaired therefore I didn't even think about having it repaired. A friend who was Desert wireless customer told me to go to them. I was not willing at first but then one day when I was in the area I decided to go there and show them phone. The guy named Danny took my phone and in 5 minutes he told me that only glass was broken, LCD was intact so it would get repaired for $7 only!!!!!! I was all praise for them especially Danny. It was very honest of them because there are lots of scammers out there who would charge you for LCD when only glass is broken. My faith in humanity restored!!!
