Very professional in person and over the phone. Had an issue when i tried to pay though my bank (put a wrong account number on the payment) but they helped me work it out with no extra charges or problems. Most of the exterminators who came out to srvice the house did adequate jobs. I have had only two who went above and beyond. Today Kana came and did a great job. He did the little extras that set him apart from the others. And he took his time and was very thorough with the spraying. I called and asked to have him as my perminate exterminator. Great job Kana!

I’ve had Bulwark for many many years and I highly recommend this company! Very friendly on the phone and very reliable. If I need to change my day or time, they are extremely accommodating. A shout out to Alex Guerrero for his exceptional service! He takes pride in his work and I am grateful for that!

He is professional, polite, courteous and always on time. He keeps in touch by text before his arrival and then after with any updates. Maize is our service tech and provides excellent and through service. If you have a pest.....they will exterminate it....

Today I had my appointment I was with another pest control people I wasn’t to happy about them so my neighbor gave me the Number to Bulwark and the technician that came out today was my old technician from the other pest control company I was sadden not to see him anymore and when I saw him today I was soooo happy and relieve Kana is amazing he does his job right and is on point and explains to you everything he killed the scorpions that were around my home very very tech I will recommend this people to the fullest and trust them with any pest problems you may have , great job Iam very very happy with the service I got today and will keep them for sure more then a 5 star . I have been with Bulwark for many years. Today Kana serviced our home for ants (again). He was prompt, courteous, experienced and sympathetic to our ant problem. Nothing to do with the technician but there was ‘another’ scheduling mishap. My calendar said, 0930 start and the office showed 1100 start. This has happened in the past and they almost lost me. I’m sure they will address… anyway my experience with tech KANA was excellent!!!

This is by far the best company I've ever experienced. Super nice, very thorough, and professional. They even come back out if you see anything which I've never had too. They always take the time to make sure to cover everything. I'll give them extra stars if I could.

I use Adam most of the time he is the best. Adam is very professional and great people skills. I had Adam Today and he did his usual great job.
