We had a new tech today. Sam Smith. Our last tech, Max, is no longer with Bulwark. We’ve had Max for over 2 years and we loved him. He did exceptional work. As it turns out, our new guy, Sam Smith, license 5253, was trained by Max & is a personal friend. Though sad to lose Max, we were really happy to get Sam. He exhibited the same professionalism and friendly demeanor that has been a hallmark of Bulwark. We look forward to a continued relationship.

So, to Sam, we’re glad to have you. I hope I’m awake the next time so I can meet you, rather than only hear rave reviews from my wife.

Our tech Eric Burch is incredible! He is friendly and knowledgeable and always makes us feel like he cares about the service he gives. We never see pests since he has been spraying and if we do on a rare occasion he comes right back to take care of it for us. Awesome company!

Have used Bulwark for years but dropped them last year to try something cheaper/different. Needless to say, I'm back with Bulwark. Adrian me yesterday to start my service and I was very impressed. He gave me some new tips for keeping the bugs at bay and was very helpful and professional.
