I not only save a lot of money with Associated Supply but I don't have to worry about when to order more ink. They keep track of when I need more ink and call me to remind me that it is time to order. They are friendly, efficient, and deliver almost next day. I highly recommend Associated Supply.

I've gotten lots of ink from Associated Supply Co. I've saved a lot on my ink supplies and if I''ve had a problem my sales rep James has been quick in helping me get it corrected.

I have used Associated for a few years, and I have them calling every quarter to check on my usage. Always a good price, and the product shows up immediately. Even though I am half a country away, they treat me as if local. My salesperson is Bud... Thank you!

Sam has become a good friend and a reliable source for my computer supplies. He always ask about my well being and some friendly conversation. Never have I felt pressured to purchase any certain amount, his main concern is that I have the product I need. The Walmart cards are appreciated , too. Let's put the naysayer to bed once and for all.As all of my clients kno that if you Purchase my Product (and pay the bill) and you are not Happy or at the very least Satisfied with the performance I will Gadly Refund Your Money.Our Customer Service is second to none.I believe our track record speaks for itself.

I've had a good relationship with the Associated Supply Company. They call on a monthly basis to check if I need anything. When I order something, I get my order in a timely manner. I have no suprises when I get my bill, it is for exactly the amount they quote me. Their prices are cheaper than Sam's Club and/or Office Max. I appreciate doing business with them.

I was told during my initial order that "NO PAYMENT IS NECESSARY UNTIL YOU TRY AND LIKE OUR PRODUCT."This was a bald-faced lie! Prior to ordering, i explained that i had JUST purchased new ink cartridges and it would be quite some time before i would be in need of new ones. I was told, "THATS NO PROBLEM! You won't owe us a dime until you use and like them." Again, that was a lie! I was relentlessly harassed by their accounts receivable department, which is more like a Debt-Collection agency than anything else. They were a major inconvenience for my business as it took up valuable phone time.I endured ALL of this because i was fed some bogus sales gimmick upon my initial order. The product isn't really even that much of a bargain. Do yourself a favor, and go buy your ink anywhere else.This company is dishonest, classless, and lacks courtesy. I will not use them ever again, and i advise that no one else does either! Their business tactics were both rude, and
