I've been purchasing ink from Associated Supply for my small business for years. It is convenient and economical.

Sales rep, Kim Forsberg has demonstrated that she is not simply a sales person, but a problem solver, as well. Based on my experience, dealing with her, she deserves special recognition.

Purchasing cartridges for our Brother machine has never been easier.

Have been buying ink cartridges for a couple of years now and am very satisfied with help from all sales reps and am pleased to say will continue doing business with them.

I have been ordering print cartridges from Associated Sply for quite a while now and have been very pleased with the product and the service. Keep up the good work !

Just took over management here and have talked to reps twice...very courteous and professional.........ordered some cartridges at a very reasonable price and they came in a timely manner.

I recently took over the job of ordering supplies (toners/cartridges) for all the machines used in our office. I had an opportunity to do some comparative pricing and I decided to give Associated Supply (Mario) a try. I have been so pleased with everything, I have no reason to go anywhere else.

I have bought replacement toner cartridges from Sam for my HP printer for the past 6 years. The quality and reliability, as well, as the reasonable prices are hard to beat. Sam does a great job checking on the status of my print supplies.

I run a mobile tax preparation business and go through ink cartridges like water through a sieve. Associated called me out of the blue and while I was skeptical the sales rep was so professional, the prices so low and the guarantees, well I ordered and I've been ordering ever since. The quality of the product is right there with OME cartridges. I get a call from a rep about every four months, and if I ask to be called at a certain date and time, they are spot on. Associated Supply has cut my ink budget by half.

They sell very good products. I'm very happy with them. I really like Sam, my rep, he remembers my dog's name.

I've always had great service from this company and never any problems with the product.

Mary Johnson has been my sales rep for a few years now, and she has always given me great prices and excellent service. I'm a busy CPA and she's helped me get through several busy tax seasons. Thank you Mary!

However the yellow invoice they sent right away talked about being sent to collections long before that. Also the sales guy said they were brand new, all new parts. They are not all new parts. They are rebuilt. So two lies in a five minute conversation. Just starting using first cartridge. I will let you know how long it lasts....

We were contacted over a year ago to try their (Assoc Press) replacement ink cartridges. We have been pleased with the friendly customer service. Cartridges that were received with a flaw were replaced immediately at no cost.

Kim at Associated supply is the best customer service rep. She is always upbeat and nice to talk to. She keeps up with her customers which is very nice because sometimes I get so busy that I forget about ink. Kim gives us a call and it is done. Keep up the good work Kim. You are the greatest

So out of the blue I receive a package of ink that I never ordered, does not even work in my printer, to a name of someone not even in our company and now I'm being sent to collections..... REALLY... WTF?? After reading other reviews it seems I'm not the only one. If my credit score gets dinged for this I'm gonna be PISSED. Have talked to them several times and yet here I am months later opening mail from a collection agency. I had actually tossed it in trash after it sat in the office for over a month not knowing wth it was for or where it came from. My understanding is employee was able to dig it out and mail it back?? Yet here we are.... May be time to get my attorney involved I guess.

Pushy sales guy calls and then a product shows up that was not needed or ordered along with an invoice

We Have been using Associated supply for over 2 years now and the service has been more than phenomenal. they have been able to match prices for us, quick delivery, if there is a problem they are quick to fix it. Kim has been the Greatest Rep and now she has become family. Keep up the great work! Thanks!

I've been using Associated Supply for over 15 years. They can beat anyone else's prices. Fast shipping. I usually receive my cartridges in a day or two. Great follow-up. I've only had a problem with one laser printer cartridge in 15 years and Associated Supply replaced the cartridge to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. I've been working with Kim and she's wonderful.
