Thank you, David Thomas, for your Superior Knowledge, presentation and review of ProSeries Triple panes vinyl replacement windows for my 1962 East County Gorge area home. David explained the information well, Warranty information, including all the important paper work with completed forms for rebates with energy Trust. He continued follow thru with contractors on the job through-out the day. Installers were experience, tidy and interested in a job done well. Mr.Thomas is an expert Businessman that will earn your trust too. The Windows are very beautiful, quiet Maximum High Performance ProSeries multiple layer panes, low e glass with two insulating layers of Argon Gas with solar reflecting properties. The 12 Windows will add property Value and reduce my energy use this Winter with the Cold East Gorge Winds. This Contractor is willing to work with you if you prefer a few windows installed now. I had many positive comments on inside and outside appearance.

Dave Thomas's newspaper ad caught my eye and I called to learn more. His explanation of the advantages of PlyGen windows made good sense and I signed that day to have the windows and patio door replaced. My desire for vertical, single-hung windows rather than horizontal sliders was easily met. The installation crew were fast, professional, and a pleasure to have working here. Now the windows are in I'm having Dave's company replace the deteriorating house siding with insulated vinyl. I recommend Dave Thomas, Royal Exteriors Inc., and his installation crew without reservation.

We ordered three windows and a sliding glass door after meeting with Dave of Royal Exteriors. On our installation day, the crew arrived on time with everything they needed. They were careful to not track dirt inside or trample our flowers outside. Their efficient work made it so that they were done in about half a day, including the heavy sliding glass door. They also made sure to vacuum their work area and clean all the windows before they finished. It’s almost a month later, and we are very happy with our windows. The noise from outside has been cut dramatically and our living room stays cool even though we’ve had some very warm days recently. We especially enjoy the new sliding glass door. It seals tightly when closed, but the door also slides easily when you want to go in or out. We recommend Royal Exteriors both because of the excellent service and their high quality product.

I have a 1955 home that had the original single pane, aluminum windows - yikes! After my first winter in my new home, I knew the windows needed to be replaced. I did my research contacting several replacement window vendors but was not satisfied with my findings. I spotted the newspaper ad that Dave put in the Oregonian and made my call. So happy I did! Great price, great turnaround time, great windows!!

Excellent value! Dave was low-pressure but informative in his sales pitch. The installers were outstanding...hard workers, did a great job, even cleaned up real nice. Very happy with the results.

I purchased my 40 year old home nearly 3 years ago. Many of the upgrades had been done with the exception of the inefficient aluminum windows. After listening to Dave Thomas I decided this was the best way to enjoy a more comfortable home as well as maintain my homes value. My new windows are beautiful and quiet! They were especially patient as I changed my order to add a fantastic garden window in the kitchen and then again switched a living room window to a new 8 foot slider. What an amazing transformation! After years of listening to presentations by window installation companies, I finally made the decision to have triple-pane, ply gem windows installed. I was impressed by the professional sales presentation given by Dave Thomas. I was given a variety of options and was under no pressure to buy. The triple-pane, ply gem windows allow me to see without any eye strain. Mark and his installation crew were knowledgeable, respectful, and arrived on time. I highly recommend Dave Thomas and his company, Royal Exteriors, to anyone interested in having new windows installed.

We expected that when we moved into our home 4 years ago windows would be expensive need. Having had four other companies come out to give us an estimate, we were jaded and although interested, not ready for another sales pitch. But when Dave Thomas showed up on time with a respectful approach, we had no idea we would be so impressed. After a careful and quick review of his company and product, he walked us through his estimate and our jaws hit the floor when his quote came in at a fraction of the prices we'd been given in the past.Yesterday, his team came out and installed our windows. They were careful to cover our floor and asked if they could use our restroom, instead of just assuming. My husband and I thought long and hard about it and finally decided to replace all of our old aluminum windows as well as a nasty old sliding door. Compared to the other companies we spoke with, Royal Exteriors gave us a much more reasonable quote for the project and seemed a lot more trustworthy during their sales pitch. Their installers were friendly and finished the whole project in one day. I came home from work and was amazed at how much cleaner and brighter the house looks! They even had great follow-up after the install- when we noticed we were having issues with the latch on one window, Dave Thomas himself came by the next day and fixed it for us!

After talking about it for years we finally decided to replace our old drafty aluminum frame single pane windows. We got multiple estimates, including at least one that considering the price should have come with a full time servant to open and close the drapes. Dave Thomas was professional and open during his sales presentation. His installer Mark and his two sons were professional. The installation of 9 windows and one patio door might have been completed in only on day. The had to come back a second day for the last window only because that window was damaged in shipping. The installed all but this window on a Tuesday. The replacement window arrived in time to finish the job the following Saturday. All in all Royal Exteriors had the best price and did a find job.I highly recommend them to anybody ready to upgrade their windows.

Royal Exteriors just completed a siding and window job on our home. Owner Dave Thomas certainly knows his business well and takes time to tell you everything, including how to watch for a "bad" contractor. He and his crew went above and beyond the call of duty. Mark is an excellent installer and takes time to answer all your questions and dedicates himself to doing the job at a 120% level. The crew and Dave were all personable, courteous and we already have people asking about our house and prices. Get 10 estimates if you wish, but my bet is you will go with Royal Exteriors every time!!

they installed windows in november 2010, i live by I-5 and the noise reduction alone was a vast improvment over the old aluminum frame replaced not to mention the excellent insulating qualities and overall superb quality of the ply-gem vinyl we installed.the patio door when previously installed was to small for the frame so they modified the rame years ago and not revealed until they went to insalt the new door. they had to go down to home depot for moulding and other materials to deal with the wider than expected dimensions. they did an excellent job adapting to this, they taped and textured the frame nicely and i really appreciate what they did. they are dedicated professionals and will treat your house as you would if you could do youself what they do.you will not go wrong saving money if your quotes are $3000-$4000 higher as all of mine were. this is an excellent product and excellent people, dave and his crew, following through for you

Its been about 3 mos seen we had our old Millgard windows replaced. We really noticed a sound insulation difference right away. Heat retention seems to be better and dampness in the house has improved. All our friends marvel at the solidly constructed windows and patio door. The guys who did the install were great - diligent and friendly. Highly recommend the product, the low-pressure presentation and competent service... and NO money upfront... unheard of these days.
