Dave, Jim, and Pat were the best. Dave is an honest and easy going guy who was easy to work with. Jim and Pat did a fabulous job replacing my old drafty windows with new triple pane vinyl white windows. My condo looks bigger and brighter now.I would highly recommend Royal Exteriors to everyone to upgrade your windows. Their prices were much lower than the other companies and financing is easy with them.

I contacted Royal Exteriors after obtaining other bids for new windows, and received an excellent presentation/education from Dave Thomas, Owner. Short, sweet, and to the point. His bid was by far the lowest, and for a far superior product compared to the other vendors. His practice of "No money up front" is exceptional - all other companies wanted at least 50% down payment. His team of installers were polite, respectful of all my furnishings/possessions, and their installation techniques are superior. I also had them cut back the siding and install wood trim around the windows where none existed, and this was beautifully done, to code. Two windows arrived with the wrong size "divided light" grids; these were removed and replaced with absolutely no problem. The windows are beautiful, I notice a definite change in the evenness of the house temperature, and the house definitely has less street noise. I am extremely impressed with the professionalism and superior quality of product from Royal Exteriors. Thank you Dave Thomas and crew!!

I had a great experience with Royal Exteriors. They delivered as promised with no hidden surprises. The crew was fast, efficient and did a great job. My home is much quieter with the new windows and I look forward to the energy savings this winter.

We needed new windows in our home and called Royal Exteriors because of their ad in the newspaper (Oregonian). We expected to get some slick come-on but was pleased to find a very straight forward explanation and demonstration. Price was about half of what we expected. There was no request for money until the job was completed. We were so im pressed with the installation crew that we engaged them on a separate contract to replace the siding on our home. Very pleased with the product and installers.

I must admit that it took me some time to decide that Royal’s simple ad merited research; yours was the 8th bid I got. I’m glad I waited! Instantly I felt the “family” in family owned and long before you told me the price I wanted to buy from you—I liked and trusted you from the moment we shook hands. The brief, but educational description of your business practices left me nodding agreeably and thinking to myself, “That’s how business should be done.” …And the price? Less than half of some other quotes I received. No one reading this review will understand how bad our situation was or how close we came to compromising. Your prices and expertise left me with the freedom to get not only the windows I wanted, but the look as well. Our windows are not just energy efficient, the work is not just that of true craftsmen—our house is beautiful!One last thing, I want to especially thank Mark and Bill the installers—they were so careful and considerate of my wife who is home during the day when they worked. She felt so comfortable with them and so pleased with the clean-up they did!Thank you so much Dave not only for the windows, but an experience that I can happily recount to friends!

I did alot of research on windows. Royal Exteriors is the top value, has the

best products, the best warranty, and Dave Thomas is great to work with. The installation crew did my job quickly and my job was on an older home with more difficulty. I wish I could hire them for other items. Dave also saved me close to $1,000 over my other quotes.

Great windows, Great company. I had 6 companies come out before David with Royal Exteriors. His no pressure, no BS straight forward presentation was by far the best of the best. I got great windows and a great price. I can already feel the difference with the triple pane windows. Thanks Dave!

My windows were original to my 1920's bungalow. They were cracked, soiled, and none of them even opened when I bought my house in late 2011. I contacted David after buying the Sharing Spree coupon in 2012. He came over for a consultation and was very efficient and impressive. I had another window company give me a presentation the week before and they were terrible to get a hold of afterward. When David came, he showed me my options and everything from then on out was quick and completely professional. Their price was much lower than anyone I had spoken to, and they were installed at a sooner date than I even had wished for. On the day of installation they were done within 6 hours, and were all working hard. I would recommend this company to ANYONE looking for new windows. My utilities and road noise have been significantly decreased (and I live on a busy road). I appreciate everything Royal Exteriors Inc. did for me. Thanks again!Javier

GREAT COMPANY, GREAT WINDOWS. I got bids from 6 other companies including WIndow World. Royal Exteriors blew them all away and I got triple pane windows! My whole house (14 windows) was done in just one day. I can't believe how quiet it is in here now and how easy it is to heat up on a cold day. Thanks Dave Thomas

We had been meaning to replace the old aluminum windows in our house for quite a while, but we knew that it was going to be an expensive proposition and had been putting it off for years. Luckily, there was a *Sharing Spree* special going on, and we decided to investigate. Calling up Dave (the owner) , we explained that we wanted to get an estimate and see what he was offering before ponying up for the Spree. Dave was very professional and took the time and effort to come to our home to give us not only a quick estimate, but also to provide us with a TON of information regarding the window products he carries. It was all done in a very low key and LOW PRESSURE manner and my wife and I were impressed with both the product and Dave's professionalism. We decided to take the plunge and had 11 windows replaced along with 3 new windows installed. Dave's crew did a fantastic job and were professional, courteous, and timely. The price was GREAT. The service was GREAT. HIGHLY recommended!

Dave and his crew at Royal Exteriors did an incredible, no hassle installation of windows we have been researching for the past 2 years! We had gotten several bids before from other window companies and just didn't feel comfortable moving forward with them, until Royal Exteriors. Dave explained what made his business unique and the entire process was a easy and made sense. All windows were in within 2 days - and we are amazed at the change our house looks and feels after the installation. I would recommend Royal Exteriors to anyone who hasn't been confident with other window companies. You will be happy with their work.

My windows were recently installed. The whole experience was great. Dave gave an excellent presentation. The installation was really smooth. The price was excellent. Dave even did the leg-work for the Energy Trust rebate.What can I say? I would definitely do business with them again and recommend them to friends & family.I'm happy with the windows! I already appreciate the difference from my old windows. The house is quieter and seems to be holding temperature evenly. I know my heating bill will be much lower this winter due to the windows.

Recently had Dave's crew out to install new triple pane vinyl windows in the front of our home, LOVE the windows! Can't wait to get the rest of them done! I am convinced the windows will be saving us plenty on our PGE bill as the colder weather moves in, I can already feel the difference - no more cool breeze coming. The presentation Dave did was informative but not pushy - I appreciate that, no one wants to be bullied into something they later regret! They guys that came out to do the actual install (aka - the hard part) were also great, very friendly but quick &efficient at the same time! Would definitely recommend these guys to friends & family!

We recently had our windows replaced in our house with Ply Gem High Performance Vinyl Windows which included 10 windows and a sliding door. The windows look great, high quality, and the crew that installed the windows were professional and courteous. The salesman explained the windows well and was not pushy. The job was in Aloha, OR.The windows were installed without cutting back the siding which made them look like they came with the house.We will see how much energy they save at a later date.We would recommend these windows to other customers.

I recently have my windows replaced. All the windows looks nice. It involves some cutting. The technician left sharp edges on the windows. We had to sand the windows and paint them. When talked to the owner, the answer was "read the contract".

Dave from Roylal Exteriors offers affordable window's and was great to work with. The installers arrived on time were quick clean and frendly. I love my new window's and would recommend Royal Exteriors to my friends.

We had our new windows installed in October of last year and have been so pleased. The noise reduction was obvious right away. In addition, the drafts we had become accustomed to around our bedroom windows and sliding glass doors were completely eliminated. Our natural gas usage over the winter was almost 20% less than the previous winter even though we also have a gas stove and gas fireplace, which we used as much or more than the previous year. We are so glad we went with Royal Exteriors. Their product truly delivered the energy savings they promised. As people who were previously very suspicious of salesmen who come to your home, we were very impressed by Dave. He had product samples and a large binder of information but did not go through it page by page as did a previous salesperson from a competitor (whose bid came in at more than twice as much). Overall, we are very pleased with the value, service, installation team, and follow up. We recommend Dave and his team highly!

We had Dave and his crew install triple pane windows in our Beaverton home mid-May of this year. The day started ominously with an accident on I5 causing Dave's crew to inch along to our house for over 2 hours. Despite the strain of 2 hours in bumper-to-bumper stop-and-go traffic, his crew was polite and professional on arrival. It didn't help when the non-standard window frame construction was discovered (plaster-covered chicken wire) which required Dave & crew to engineer an impromptu solution.Of course they did find a solution, the windows look outstanding and perform every bit as well as they look. I didn't get all of my windows replaced this time, but when I do have the others done, there is absolutely no question that I will be using Royal Exteriors again.The only caveat I would mention is that the caulking they used had a very strong odor. It is good caulk, but it took about a week for the odor to subside.
