We switched our portfolio of home over to Red Door about 9 months ago from another big name property management company and are thrilled with our decision. Some of our units were vacant, some were tenant occupied and the transition has been great. It can be challenging changing property management companies but it has really been worth it for us. Not only are we saving on the management fees but the service we are receiving is FAR superior to what we were experiencing before. Red Door Property Management has been great to work with and I would highly recommend them for property management.

I recently purchased a rental home in the Indianapolis area and have been working with Brian at Red Door. Brian noticed some items at the property that were potential hazards and huge liabilities for me. Red Door had a crew out there quickly and resolved the issues in no time. They found a great tenant very quickly and I have been impressed so far. Red Door's services are extremely well and very fairly priced. I've already recommended Red Door to other people.

We own a home in the Broad Ripple area and hired Red Door to manage our home as we were relocated for our jobs and couldn't / dd not want to sell. This was our first experience with property management and we had a million questions. Brian was super helpful, answer all our questions and constantly kept us in the loop. We are now on the West Coast and our home is rented to great tenants. The video inspections make us feel super safe that the home is being ell taken care of.

As a tenant, Red Door is really a great company to work with. Our application and move in process were very smooth. After move, we noticed a few items that need addressed and they had someone from their maintenance staff our to complete the repairs in a very timely manner. Randy, I think the maintenance staff our to complete the repairs in a very timely manner. Randy, I think, the maintenance man was very friendly and had everything fixed quickly. He even helped me put my bed together.

Brian has been awesome to work with. we were amazed at how quickly our property rented. Although this is very early in the process we are extremely satisfied with the service we received.

We have live in a home managed by Red Door for over 2 years now and just renewed for a third year. We have been really happy with the way Red Door has treated us the disappointed we were so pleasantly surprised how red Door Property Management is always responsive and respectful. Which is something that was definitely lacking from our last property management company. Red Door has been great and we hope to purchase a home with them shortly.

I would never rent from this company. They have no loyalty to the renter. They are horrible customer service providers. I can only imagaine that most of the reviews here were written by their employees, home owners or renters who have yet to experience the inexcusable treatment they are sure to dish out eventually. I will tell eveyone I know to avoid property management companies (especially this one) like the plague! Run for your lives!!!! If I could give them negative 5 stars, it would not be enough.

We have been very satisfied and impressed with Red Door Property Management and especially our property manager Briana. He is a real asset to Red Door Property Management. He was always courteous, very knowledgeable and always available. Thank you Brian and Red Door Property Management.

I just went through the application and move in process with Red Door Property Management and have really been impressed with this company. Everything is streamlined and online, making it super convenient for busy life. their communication has been great and i am just overall very happy with renting a home from Red Door/

Red Door just leased my property on the West Side of Indy for me and I am super impressed by the results, the prices, and the level of customer service. We worked with Chris as our property manager and Red Door had our home leased in just a few weeks. The quality of tenant has been amazing and the communication and customer service has been awesome. I love the move in inspection and videos, a really nice touch for an out of state owner like me.

As a real estate investor, I recently transitioned my portfolio over to Red Door to manage and have been very pleased. For me, maintenance was a huge deal with my last management company. The maintenance with Red Door is amazing. They take pictures of everything so if you ever have a question about it, they have documentation. Awesome.

We have really had some bad experiences with property management companies in the past, but our experience with Red Door Property Management has been amazing. We loved how tech savvy they are and how responsive Brian and the whole staff has been. Our home rented in about two weeks for full asking price and we got a two year lease too. Red Door's prices are very reasonable and more importantly the service is amazing.

As a tenant it is so refreshing working with the whole team at Red Door Property Management. My last management company was TERRIBLE and never returned my calls about anything. We had our AC go out and they were out the next day to address the problem and had us up and running within 24 hours. From the tenant side of things, we are very pleased working with Red Door Property Management.

We have been working with Mike Taylor to help us find a home in the Carmel area for about 2 months now. Even with the market being crazy, Mike has been unbelievably responsive and knowledgeable. He knows just about every neighborhood and will tell you the pros and cons of each home and neighborhood. That is really refreshing to get valuable input from an expert in the field. So many agents just go around and open doors. Mike takes the time to explain things about the home we did not know or point out defects we had not noticed. He saved us from buying a terrible home. I am happy to say we are now in our perfect home and would recommend Mike and Red Door to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We hired Red Door Property Management to rent our home in May of this year. They found us a great tenant in just two weeks and the home is now rented and we didn't have to do a thing. Red Door is great to work with from the electronic signatures to the video of the move in, we really love the technology aspect of Red Door.

We hired Mike to sell our home in West Carmel and have been blown away how great he and Red Door have been to work with.From the professional photos to the staging, everything has been top notch. We made a few improvements to our home per Mike’s recommendations. Once Mike put it on the market, we had a full price offer is just 3 days. We could not be happier and we would highly recommend Mike and Red Door.

Brian has always been very helpful, respectful and always responds in a timely fashion.

Chris was excellent and found a great renter for us. I will certainly recommend Red Door. The communications with the back office were always timely and clear.
