We just renewed our lease with Red Door Property Management for the second time, making this our third year with them. Red Door has been awesome to work with for the past two years. Highly recommend!!

I can’t say how impressed I am with Red Door Property Management’s team. We live in New York and recently bought our first investment home in the Indianapolis area, sight unseen. We started working with them during the inspection process of the home. Red Door Property Management helped us coordinate repairs, estimates and helped us get the home rent ready. After that, they leased up the home very quickly and the process has been very smooth. Super excited to find a management team we can trust in the Indianapolis market.

As an investor, we recently closed on an investment home in the Fishers area and chose Red Door Property Management to manage the home for us. Being out of state, we had never actually seen the home other than pictures. Mike and his team were able to recommend some minor repairs to make the home more marketable. They also coordinated and oversaw the repairs so we didn't have to do anything. After that, they found us a renter very quickly and now we have a good tenant paying rent already. Could not be happier with the Red Door Property Management team.

We just moved here from Michigan due to a job
transfer and had to find a home to rent very quickly. Luckily we stumbled upon this wonderful home and Red Door Property Management. We had to act very fast and Chris and Melissa made it happen. We were so impressed with the speed and professionalism of Red Door. We were able to do everything online from the application to the lease signing. It was awesome. Thank you Chris and Melissa for getting us into this great home so quickly.

I am a client with Red Door recently and wanted to thank Christopher for the amazing job he has done. He has a good knowledge of how the home rentals works and how it is rented from owners to tenants and what they need in a timely manner. He forecasts the problem even before they come and has answer for them precisely for what the customer needs. I see him on both the edge's of the sword from the tenants side and owner's side. Such a great employee!!!

We are current tenants with Red Door Property Management as our landlords. We just went through what could have been a disaster but Red Door has been great to work with. Our basement flooded and the entire sewer system had to be replaced. It was a hassle but Red Door worked with us and our crazy schedules to get this done. They even offered to put us up in a hotel until the work was completed. Red Door Property Management turned a bad situation around and have been great to work with.

When I moved to Indianapolis I didn't know a lot of places to look for a great rental. Chris at Red Door Property Management when above and beyond to help my family find the perfect place for us. I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone.

We live in California and have property in Westfield that we were trying to manage ourselves. Trying to manage our home from 2,000 miles away was very difficult to say the least. We had actually got ourselves into a situation where we thought we needed to evict our current tenant. This is when we hired Red Door to manage our home. Chris and Mike were able to salvage the strained relationship with our current tenant and actually worked out a deal to make the eviction not necessary. The tenant is now current and we didn't have attorney fees, vacancy cost or any other costs associated with turnover. We are VERY happy with our decision to have Red Door manage our home.

Their tech Randy just left after taking care of the link in my sink. As he was leaving he notices that the front storm-door was not closing properly and took a moment to tighten some screws so that it does not take as long for the door to close. He was very professional, completed the repairs in a timely manner, and told us to contact them if we had an other problems. Thank you very much for sending him out so quickly.

We are only just moved in, but so far the process has been great, they are swift to respond and had a decision made on our application the same day we submitted it. The next day we were signing a lease electronically and paying our deposit online. I am in a tech industry and appreciate a company that embraces technology to make everything faster and simpler!

Our Realtor recently took us to view a home managed by Red Door PM in the Fishers area. We have been very impressed with the communication and the ease with which they are to work with.

As an owner I could not feel more blessed than to have Red Door looking after my two properties in Indianapolis. Shortly after a move in, we have a pretty major plumbing emergency. Red Door took the bull by horns and resolved the issue quickly and professionally. This really could have been a nightmare but thanks to Red Door Property Management we really didn't have to get involved at all. They took care of everything and made what could have been a very stressful situation a breeze.

We have been renting a home managed by Red Door for about two and a half years now and love working with Red Door.Our previous management company was less than stellar to say the least. Communication is great, maintenance is respectful and responsive( a huge change from our last place) and we love how everything is electronic and online.

I was really disappointed because I loved my home and I really liked working with Red Door Property Management. I know this sounds kind of crazy but I liked them so much I specifically sought out a home to lease which they managed. I had such a bad experience before, it was such a great breath of fresh air to work with a responsive company. IF you are a tenant looking for a rental home. Red Door does a great job and you will not be disappointed.

I have been working with Mike and Brian for several months now and they have been great to work with. We came to red Door Property Management with 10 homes that we being managed by a family member. The family member got busy, let things slip through the cracks and we ended up with a bit of a mess on our hands. Mike, Brian and the rest of the crew at Red Door have turned our situation around and we are forever grateful. We have almost all of our homes leased up and are generating some great positive cash flow. It has been an absolute pleasure working with the entire Red Door Property Management staff.
