Everyone at this company is very courteous and highly professional. The lady on the phone was very nice and polite and got the appointment set up very quickly. The technician arrived on time and was very neat and clean. He promptly dug into the broken dryer and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. He explained what was broken and told me the cost of the repair, which seemed very reasonable when compared to other repairs we have had done by other companies. He fixed the dryer and left the laundry room in the same condition he found it, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing an appliance fixed. Indy Appliance Repair is the best!!!

I had this company come out and repair my oven. They were able to get to me quickly and the price was reasonable. I checked other companies afterward and the other companies were much higher. The technician was clean cut and very professional. He even gave me tips on how to maintain my other appliances. I will absolutely use this company for all my appliance repair needs. Jim

The company sent someone right out. He was professional in appearance. He fixed my appliance the same day. I was so happy this company had the part on their truck. I have had a problem with someone taking a month to get my appliance up and running. Indy Appliance quoted me a very good price. I had researched online the average price for this repair and Indy Appliance beat that price by a mile. I just cannot overstate how happy I am with this company. I would recommend them to my children and that is saying something.
