Really nice place, lots of options, EXCELLENT prices, Ken was our salesperson but we interacted with most of the other staff, very fun down to earth people. Great atmosphere, my wife & I felt very comfortable, spending our money with them. We ordered a special made reclining set by Southern Motion, Made in USA-loved that. Took 6 weeks to get it in which kinda sucked, but they quoted us 4-6 or 6-8 weeks don't remember which, either way we knew it would be a wait. It's def worth it though, we absolutely love it! They said only reviews they get are negative, but people SUCK, lol. Thank you guys we are happy!!

If I told my best friend about this place, I'd say:

DON'T DON'T DON'T even think of going there! Non professional,rude as can be ( ofcourse after swiping your credit card) zero customer service or follow up and on top of all that liars- BIG time liars.



Went there for office furniture on a saturday, Matt, the sales man assured me that I will get my stuff in 6 to 12 days at the most as they go ( THERE) to pick up orders every tuesday . Ran my credit card for $4k and left . 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks went by and furniture shoed up or a phone rang with an excuse. I called and they said it will be one more week. Waited .... No furniture or a call. I Called and asked for a manager, a Mike answered with a negative attitude and said he cant do nothing about it and it will be another month. I went there and asked for my money back he said that orders can't be canceled otherwise 25% fee charged. I swallowed it and waited 3 more weeks to get my stuff.

They lied about time , kept lying , never answer the calls or return it.

As you can read all the reviews , everyone talks about the same issues.

I don't recommend this place even to an enemy .



By the way if there was an option to a zero stars rating I would've done it or even a negative star.

Furniture For Less on E. 86th Street is a ripoff! I paid for a headboard, told it would take 2-3 weeks to arrive, but it never came. The ONLY thing I received over the last 7 weeks were excuses and empty promises of delivery. The final straw was this week when the store manager rudely told my daughter that the headboard was JUST THAT VERY MOMENT discontinued and I would be issued a credit to my charge card. That was 5 days ago, still no credit to my account. I have now opened a dispute with the bank for the amount on my credit card.



Do yourself a favor...BEFORE walking into a Furniture For Less store research them thoroughly online. SO many people are dissatisfied with this company!

We did our rounds with the furniture stores in Indy and ultimately ordered from Furniture For Less in Castleton. WORST DECISION EVER!!! In short, it has taken more than 3 months to get our furniture, the quality was poor with crooked dresser knobs. I had to keep calling to get an update on when the furniture would be in - MULTIPLE TIMES. They never once called to say "Hey, giving you a courtesy call to let you know your furniture is back - no sense of courtesy or customer service after they got paid. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.



Purchasing was fine , Jennifer provided a catalog for us to order a coffee table from since we didn't see a set we liked in store. She advised it could be several weeks before the order was ready. After more than a month I finally called them to get an update and they say "Well your dresser chest and night stands are in but the table is still back ordered." Well it would have been nice to know at least SOMETHING was in but no, I had to call to find out. So they set up delivery for the nightstands and dresser ($70 delivery fee). Several more weeks go by and nothing... I finally call again ask about the remainder of our order (coffee table, end table, and stool). "We show the stool was delivered with the night stands and the vendor's site is down so I don't know what's going on with your tables." COMPLETELY CLUELESS. The stool was never delivered to us but they showed it was, they were showing things were at the warehouse when they weren't. NO PROGRESS. Several more weeks go by and I call again. "Well the end table is in but the coffee table isn't" AGAIN THEY COULD HAVE LET ME KNOW SOMETHING IS IN, it's not like we have existing furniture we're replacing, we just bought the house and have nothing. We went to this box store thinking it wouldn't be THAT difficult to get decent furniture at a good price in a reasonable amount of time... WRONG. It's not like we're ordering custom handmade furniture here. So the end table gets delivered and someone comes to look at the knobs on the night stands.



I lost track of what happened but essentially told them it had been so long that I don't even remember the stool and I don't want it anymore and after hoops and looping back with managers, they finally agreed to refund the stool at the sticker price, not the price we paid. Nice. This is now the end of May and I call Jennifer again about the coffee table - she doesn't know anything but says she'll call me back. I went out of town but today it's 6/15 and she never called me back - I called her, she says she'll call me back but no, I get a call from Amanda in the warehouse. She informs me the truck they were supposed to get today from this manufacturer isn't coming but it will be here the end of next week. I AM EMBARRASSED FOR THIS BUSINESS. THEIR TRACKING AND ORGANIZATION IS TERRIBLE AS WELL AS THEIR COMMITMENT TO FOLLOWING UP WHEN THEIR SERVICE IS FAILING. I understand things come up and back orders happen but there was NEVER ONE INSTANCE of updates or communication from them. This is sad and very disappointing. 3 months after a $1350 furniture purchase and I'm still short a coffee table. In store, Jennifer was helpful and wonderful to work with. Everything after that point has been absolutely unacceptable and I will advise anyone looking for new furniture to avoid Furniture For Less.

stay away i went in 2 times figured out what i wanted & hoped i wouoldnt get the same pushy salesperson that was breathing down my back while i looked at a catalogue. he hovered like i was the last person & he needed to close even tho it was not even close to closing....well i went in a 2nd time...asked a few questions & ANTHONY told me "well im not really the guy on dressers" ????SO I ASKED HIM TO FIND SOMEONE WHO CAN ANSWER MY QUESTIONS...THEN HE PROCEEDED TO ANSWER THEM AFTER TELLING ME HE DIDNT KNOW. I asked another employee...got my order i should have known it was a sign...im walking out & these 2 ladies come in complaining that they cant get anyone to help after they got there furniture & it was missing parts....welp...it happened to me also...2 weeks later i get my delivery & i get no legs & an unfinished dresser. they told me i had 48 hrs to return...i call & anthony told me he doesnt know how to help me...so i call back ask for someone else & they put me on speakerphone ask me questions like its a game & are laughing when i told him i just need some direction on how nto get this resolved. im itrate & i want my money back because id rather have no furniture than give my hard earned money to these unprofewssional immature jerks!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM EAST WASHINGTON LOCATION ANTTHONY DOESNT KNOW ANY THING ABOUT ANYTHING FURNITURE & THE OTHER GUY WHOS NAME I DONT THINK IS REAL IS A JERK. ALSO THEY HAVE CALLER ID SO IF YOU CALL & GET IGNORED THATS WHY!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!



A wk before xmas I went in to the store and financed a fouton through "Jenny" and she said Id have it before xmas (that thursday) because she knew I needed it ASAP. Needless to say thursday came and went and didnt even hear anything. I thought there may have been complications due to the Holiday but I later found out they just have no idea about the furniture Industry. Theyre are very uneducated about the things they are trying to sell. I waited till Monday (the day after xmas and called back) I spoke with the receptionist and she couldnt find my name or order anywhere.. It took about 20min to track down my order. She said it was written as a special order. Didnt understand that because that was a week later.. why wasnt it in the computer yet if it was suppose to be delivered 4 days previous. Then they tell me it was on back order. (meaning that it wasnt in stock) They sold me a piece of furniture from THEIR catalogue that WASNT in stock when they knew I needed it ASAP. Then they gave me a website to look at for IN STOCK items. I picked 6 and what do you know they were all in stock. Jenny then told me shed call me once she comfirmed the delivery.. She said I should get it Thurs or Friday. Well I didnt hear anything all week and its now Friday. I called at 1pm and they couldnt find my order again. Then they tried to tell me I ordered from a special order catalogue that takes 2-3wks. AGAIN I HAVE BEEN VERY PERSISTENT WITH NEEDING IT ASAP!!!! At this point I was very irate! I had to wait about 2hours to finally speak with "MIKE" the manager. He called his furniture store a "PRACTICE".. haha its an Industry not a practice. So that shouldve been the red flad when the manager sounds like an idiot. They told me I could pick an item from a different website that is in stock.. And what do you know I found MY fouton on this page. Im waiting to see if it is delivered today.. Doubtful but if not Im taking my business to a much more reputable company.



THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY IVE EVER KNOWN. THEY EMPLOYEES (the ones I spoke with) ARE STUPID WHEN IT COMES TO FURNITURE. THEY OBVIOUSLY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES AND IF YOU DONT WANT A BUNCH OF BS AND A HEADACHE I STRONGLY SUGGEST ANOTHER FURNITURE COMPANY

STAY AWAY!! It has been one of the worse experiences with the store on 86th. Mike the "manager" is of no use. We have waited over 6 months for the correct furniture to be delivered. They have attempted to make delivers on many occasions with the damaged or incorrect items. The delivery guys are great they are just working for a horrible company.
