Sale number 12397. This is my first time shopping with Furniture for Less and I was very pleased. I was able to get everything I needed for my new home, at half the cost I intended to spend. When I came in the gentleman greeted me instantly and within 30mins I had everthing I needed. They were very helpful in finding me what I needed, making it that much better as I only had to make this one stop. I will certainly be shopping with and recommending FFL in the future.

Sale Number 11781 I had a great time picking out my furniture. The people was great and the finance people was great. I know my credit was not that great, I needed a second chance and you gave it to me. I leave a 45 year marriage, moving into a new place with my child, I'm Ill. My Experience

This is my second time shopping with furniture for less! They have good quality furniture and the customer service is wonderful. Dustin helped me out with my last purchase and he was GREAT!!!! Not only is he a cutie, but he took the time to help get me what I wanted for my budget! I would recommend this store to anyone I know who is looking for inexpensive but good quality furniture!!!!!

This is the worst company I have ever came into contact with!!!! The salesman Matt lied to me just to make a sale! He told me I would have the bed I purchased the next day and would call me at the stores time of open so I could go pick it up. I had to end up calling him to which he quickly told me he would call back but never did! I had to call again just to hear him make excuses then tell me the bed I bought was sold after I paid for it so I would have to wait up to a week for it. I was upset about how he treated me and asked for a refund. He became rude and said he would start a refund then hung up on me! I had to keep calling constantly because along with horrible customer service that company doesn't know how to follow up. After being led around and around for over a month and a half I was informed I could pickup a refund check at the Castleton store where I made my purchase to find it almost sixty dollars short!!! They claimed it was a restocking fee. I'm not sure how you get a restocking few when what you bought never existed in the first place?! The GM spoke with me and changed up the story saying that it was a cancellation fee which is bullcrap! I was lied to and up through hell just trying to get my money back to find out they took some of it. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and will get the rest of my money. Don't EVER shop here unless you want to be lied to and cheated!! The people are rude!! They talk to you like they are stupid in a mocking tone like its hilarious you lost your money. I can't even express how mad and upset this business has made me! I wouldn't refer them to anyone!!! Negative ten million stars is how I rate them!!! I would rather go elsewhere and pay ten times their cost to get what I need.

We had been shopping around for a bedroom set and after checking out multiple stores we found the same set here for significantly less. Ken, our salesperson, was extremely helpful and upfront about all of the details. We also ended up purchasing a mattress and a 5pc pub set for our kitchen. Everything was delivered and assembled on time just as Ken quoted. Additionally, the two deliverymen were extremely professional and considerate. Our entire experience with Furniture For Less was positive. We will definitely shop with them again.

The salesman, Michael, gave excellent customer services, he asked how can he help, showed want they had in the store and also offered catalogs books to find the headboards we were looking for. After going to three other furniture stores, my wife and I found what we were looking for at this furniture store and we left there with a good deal and a smile on our faces.

I loved her customer service she didn't mind going back and fourth looking up prices for me. I would definitely be going back to get a dinette set from them, and I will be working with her. A couple months ago we purchased a special order sofa and some other items and our sales man (a manager) was fantastic at that time. We changed the order and had some issues. We waited over a month for our refund to be processed due to a miscommunication. The managers were hard to get in touch with and didn't return our calls in a timely manner. We did eventually get the refund. The overall quality of the furniture was good, although we have had to have some repairs made (extra stuffing in the arm rests) and are waiting on the repair people again now as they only service this area every 4 weeks. We are ordering a chair to match the special order sofa and we were given a discount for our troubles.

Went in looking for a counter high table and chairs, found one I liked at a fair price, salesman offered several options to meet what I was wanting. Said my furniture would be delivered in two days and that they would call the day before to set up time. They called the day before to set up a time just like they said. Also called an hour ahead of delivery as they said they would. Both guys that came (on time) were very nice. Only thing table has a little wobble and they said they would come back that night to fix, but didn't. It may just be my floor. Overall I had a positive experience and love the table and chairs.

I went into Furniture for Less with low expectations. Initially I was annoyed by the salesman reclining on a couch on his cell phone, completely oblivious to my presence. Next, I was surprised by a dining set that I actually really liked, followed by a different salesman offering a great price on the set. He also promised delivery two days after my purchase, so I was stoked.



Then I got home and saw the reviews about the delivery problems and got very nervous. I called FFL the next day, double and triple confirming the delivery, just in case. They promised that my set was in stock at the warehouse and would be delivered the next day.



According to everyone's word, my set was delivered exactly on time and in near-perfect condition. The delivery and set-up guys were great, and I love my set. The only hang-up is that the set was missing two nuts that screw the legs to the base of the table. I'm supposed to call and have the company send them over to be installed.



Overall, VERY satisfied with my purchase.

I ordered a chair and sofa on April 6,2013. They said that it would be delivered on 4/9/13 along with my mattress. When the mattress arrived I was told that the sofa and chair was on backorder from Ashley furniture. I called them and Mike told me when he finally got around to calling me back - day later that yes it was and that the estimated time was around 2wks. 2weeks came around and I finally had to call him to inquire about the delivery of the furniture. He said that it was already in the warehouse and nobody called to verify the delivery time (maybe it was there for about a day or 2?). He did speed up the delivery but when the sofa and chair arrived it was the wrong fabric and style. Called them up and talked with Mike. He told me that he personally looked up the number and the number was correct but he thought maybe I had it wrong even though he showed me the picture and It was indeed the right furniture and then when I told him to look at the furniture he delivered he did verify that it was wrong. After 2 days he got a hold of Ashley Furniture and they said that it was their fault (Mike told me this) and that they would deliver it asap (like in 2 wks). I said it was fine and when I called them on the 11th of May they had said that Ashley called furniture for less and said that the sofa and chair and fabric was discontinued. I got mad and then Nick came into the situation and said that I could pick any sofa and chair that I wanted from the show room or I could get a refund. I chose to pick a comparable set out along with a ottoman for my pain and suffering. Nick agreed and told me that I could expect delivery around the 25May.No phone calls or return until the 27th of May. Mike told me that I would be charged for the sofa and chair that I picked out (because the sofa was extra and then I threw in the ottoman too). Told him that it was comparable and he said no. I now demanded a refund and he said that it would take 2wks to refund the money. Wanted to speak to the person who did refunds and he said that basically Mike did everything because he would not refer me to an office or someone else. I did get a hold of Daren at the Washington Store and he said that he would refund me by the 30th. Today is the 30th and nobody has called or that the person who handles the refund did not come into the office. I want a refund. Another thing is that the receipt I got is not correct with the amount because Mike had to move the figures around to accommdate the discount that I received. I want my money back and the correct amount. By the way I did go to Ashley furniture and got the same sofa and chair. So how come I was told that the fabric was discontinued? mmmmmm...........

I'm typically the person who reads reviews by people and think that they have too high expectations or are picky. So here is my honest experience. We ordered the footboard and side rails for our bed and when we got home and set it up the frame pieces were too short so we had to go to Walmart and buy bed risers to set the bed frame on so we could sleep on it. I contacted Furniture For Less and eventually got a letter to call them. My husband called twice and both times was told someone would call him back to set up a time to come out. No one ever did. Months later I finally called them and spent 8 months dealing with them trying to get the right pieces for our bed. After me calling and contacting them several times they had someone deliver new frame pieces. It wasn't right either, not even close. I called again several times. I finally asked if they even knew what bed they had sold us to know what pieces to send us. They had me send them the numbers off of the bed pieces so they could look up what bed we had so they evidentially were just sending pieces without checking what bed we had. After this they realized what bed we had and figured out what pieces we need. I called several times again. I was told I could come pick them up even though we live a hour from the store. I was finally told they would ship them and did. I did not receive the pieces so I started calling again with no returned calls. I asked for the manager on duty, the owner, and each time was told they were with a customer and would call me back. They never did. Finally 3 months later I went to the store and Jennifer (whom I had been dealing with) acted as if she shipped them, although she never specifically said that. She happened to have the pieces in stock and went and got them. She did not say sorry, seem apologetic, or empathetic to the situation. No one ever apologized to me or tried to rectify the situation. We had picked up the bed and pieces in November of 2011 and did not receive the right pieces until April 2013.
