Thunderbolt did a great job on my 2006 Silverado.

They installed a transmission in my car and it runs great. The price was fair and reasonable.

This was an unexpected experience for me because I am a female and I was treated with respect and the staff explained everything so I could understand it. I was happy with the price after everything was explained to me. The car runs great.

Do not take your car anywhere else for an engine or transmission. The staff is not only friendly but knowledgeable.

The sales staff was very friendly. The technicians were very knowledgeable.

I've been going to these people from 09 till present time to get my transmission worked on and every year it ALWAYS breaks down. They fix what's wrong with it and when it breaks down, it's always the same thing. I just recently took it back in December and they declined to repair it while i still had 6,000 miles on my warranty. They claim to say I abused it just because it had mud underneath. I'm a pipeliner and we work in rugged conditions and we're constantly on the road. Piece of advice, take it somewhere else where YOU WILL get a phone call to update you on what's going on. I broke down in Houston. I had live there several years ago and remember their jingle. They but an engine in my Ford truck and it runs great.

I was impressed with the work that they did. They are honest and their prices are fair.

They work hard to do the job right the first time and as fast as possible. If there is a problem they will take care of it. I will continue to recommend them.

Three days after I purchased my car from, the engine clunked out and I had no recourse of getting my money back. I did plenty of research to find the best company to replace my engine for the best price. I came across Thunderbolt and I was introduced to John who went into great detail with me on the procedures and details of having an engine replaced. He reaffirmed most of my research. It was good to encounter that kind of integrity from an auto shop because we usually think they are after money only. The customer service has been wonderful. Any concern(s) that I have are always addressed. I would just like to give thanks to the team there.
