It was great to find a procedure that don't freeze or roll your fat like other procedures. Zerona laser is easy and painless. I've done it for 3 weeks now, and see the result. You still have to do your part though and stay away from fatty foods, salt and nuts because the weigh-in machine is extremely sensitive and if you deviate one day, it will show up on the weigh-in machine as an increase in fat % the next time you go in.

Great experience! At first I was skeptical but it really works. I don't like diets but I do believe in the practices of ILH. They are kind and respectful. I feel like going helps me keep myself accountable and more motivated to lose weight and be fit. Its an honest business as well. I had 4 more visits to do and I completely forgot about them because life happened and they called me months later to get them scheduled. I look forward to continuing with them. On the program people would literally say you look good. My Zumba instructor even asked me what I was doing. I like getting on the scale and see my body fat percentage go down and all the data they provide! Do it! It takes work and you have to be consistent for it to stay off but its worth it!

The process went well. The staff is amazingly kind , and polite. Physically I had a transformational change, they're great.

I’m currently doing the innovative laser and I’m losing inches. The diet is a little hard but I’m trying best to get through the treatments to lose the belly fat I have. Thank you ladies at the spring office for encouraging me!

The diet plan was too restrictive for me. I was not able to follow it very well. However I saw some great results. I didn't have much to lose so I am happy. I can only imagine my results had I followed the diet plan.

I give very high marks to Tracie Lynn and Christina. They are awesome management level employees. There are few others that I give very high marks to but I unfortunately couldn't get their names. My last session is tomorrow. I hope they are there so I can add them to my review.

One comment about the sales team. They go way too fast. They have a script that they follow and breeze through it all too fast. On my first day of laser treatment there were things I should have been told about prior to my arrival. For instance I sat in the lobby for 30 minutes because no one informed me that I needed to go to the back area and sign in. After that first day of confusion everything fell into place and I was very comfortable with every visit that followed.

Bottom line, it's an awesome treatment. Just follow the diet plan!

I have had 9 treatments and I'm down 1 dress size. I feel amazing thanks to innovative lasers and I HIGHLY recommend.

SUGARLAND LOCATION IS GREAT!!!
I first heard of the innovative lasers of Houston when I was working out at the gym. I was curious so I called the number and found out more about it. The next step was a consultation at the Voss location and I was able to see the results of other clients. I was excited and chose the Sugar land location for my treatments. The staff is extremely friendly and very professional. Victoria is super sweet and was always on time and able to answer any questions that I had. The sessions were extremely relaxing with calming music playing and non invasive. I’m seeing results now and that motivates me to keep going. I encourage anyone needing that boost and motivation to get healthier and fit to give this a chance.

I have been going for 4 weeks now and will say this has been a great start to my weight loss journey. I have loss 10 plus lbs and so far 3.5 inches in my waist alone, couple inches from my thighs and arms. Note you have to follow the low fat diet, get exercise and drink the water to see good results. AI or is not all the laser.

I must say I was very skeptical. I mean really skeptical. I want this to work so badly, but I thought it was to good to be true. So far I have been pretty amazed!
