I’m very happy and pleased to recommend this Voss location to everyone, this is by far the best location and very professional and clean and neat staff very supportive laser technicians they all do an outstanding job to all who receive treatment with them , I’ve been receiving treatment for 2 weeks and I already have amazing and incredible results thanks to Innovative laser of Houston Voss location , thanks you for helping us achieve our goals ❤️🙏🙌

Great place with a welcoming atmosphere very clean and comfortable rooms, the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The laser treatment works and they also provide you with a clean eating guide to help you achieve your goals in no time. It's very rewarding seeing your measurements and BMI go down each session. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to achieve weight loss.

I highly recommend Innovative Lasers of Houston, the facilities are nice and clean and they sanitize the equipment constantly, every time after someone uses it and also before you step-up on the scale to get your weight measurements and BMI. So you don’t have to worry about any virus being spread. Every single member of the staff is super nice and accommodating, they make you feel right at home. I love going and getting my laser session done because I get to relax while the laser does its work. I have seen a lot of improvement in my body measurements and smoothness in my skin, it does work!!! Just follow the instructions given to you, eat healthy and exercise moderately every other day and you are set for success.

The staff of Innovative Lasers of Houston are a group of wonderful people. They made me feel comfortable, welcome and encouraged about my weight loss/lifestyle transformation journey. Each employee I came in contact with was always positive, informative about my progression and encouraging. Water is very important to this process!

I joined ILOH in June and have lost 20lbs and about 15 inches. My clothes are fitting better and I am feeling better. My right hip no longer hurts. The staff at ILOH are really great and helpful. The treatments are relaxing and I really enjoyed and highly recommend this way of weight loss

Great customer service from the start, Gigi at the Sugar Land location is awesome. The procedure takes a total of 50 min. Its painless and relaxing.

I've been going to Innovative Laser of Dallas for 3 weeks now and loving the transformation. It is worth the money.

My experience has been great so far. Gigi at the Sugarland location ensures the COVID precautions are followed and that customers are comfortable and not waiting past scheduled times. The laser treatment does sheds the inches, however to maximize your weight loss drink plenty of water up to a gallon daily and consistently eat more vegetables and fruit.

I personally don't believe what they charge for the treatment is worth it. So I went down a few inches, well.... yea I'm working out and drinking lots of water, I watch what I eat and many other things that would help me shed some inches. Plus every staff member that measures you, measures differently. Also I think I've noticed that they go down in measurement when writing it down looking at the one before it. So it looks like inches are falling off. Im not dropping any weight at all and I do everything that they asked me to do. I would think that this treatment would maybe be good after lots of time because your being monitored by a machine that keeps you accountable. So yes within time you probably would drop weight if you paid a lot more for their additional packages. Which is expensive. So I feel your paying yourself to drop weight. In a way. Of course your paying them for having a brick in mortar, paying their staff, utilities and of course these machines that don't seem to do anything in my opinion. Unless your already within or close to your ideal weight already. I read more into these machines mid way of me doing this and understood these machines work best when you are just wanting to shed minimal weight but not massive amounts of weight. I don't believe that these machines do anything but make you feel that they are. Initially you pay $1k for their 3 week treatment. The other thing is the staff round you in one by one to measure you and collect your BMI info, put you in a room, set you up with the machine but then that's it. There is not much of them being able to spend time with you going over your goals or really keeping you on track. It's because they are busy getting the next set of people that keep coming in. Not their fault. Only one time was I talked to by staff member to keep myself on track and what I should be doing extra to help my goals.
Besides that, the morning shift team is nice but some of the staff do not have it all together. Sometimes they seem rushed or too tired. I've even seen one of them trying to do it on her own. Which is crazy and made me believe I was being rushed. Not good business. Also the building itself, had issues. The doors were locked and the staff couldn't even get in to do their job.
Ultimately I wouldn't recommend this unless you want to spend large amounts of money to see minimal results long term. It's not what I expected at all. I even decided to skip out on my last treatment day because I'm just that disappointed. I even told the lady that set this up with me that if this doesn't work my husband would tell me that I couldn't spend anymore more money on my weight loss because he thought I even wasted too much money on something that doesn't work. I feel let down and hope that others will know this before investing this kind of money on this type of treatment. It's deceiving. Don't waste your money. The better options is the real original way to lose weight. Eat right, work out, drink water, portion control and don't eat late. That's it. The hard old fashioned way.

Think great for people who have a lot of inches and weight but not for everyone.
