Gavriel Ben Avi is the name of their service tech.
Same office manager (Stacey) answers both companies phone numbers.
Their phones are listed under Inna Rozenstein who is in a relationship with Ben!
I called them for their $89 special and after they were finished cleaning the ducts there was still rat droppings, dirt and debris in my ducts!
I have tried to get then to re-clean my ducts properly or give me a refund.
They have refused to do either!
They told me they do not offer any guarantee and if I am not happy with the job they did then too bad!
NEVER use "Houston Air Duct Cleaning" OR "Speed Steam Cleaning"! They are owned and operated by the same people.
Having 2 different names should tell everyone they are a scam!!
I just wish I had read up more about these companies before I lost my money with them!

Looking at the other reviews here, I can't believe they even ripped off our veterans!
These 2 companies "Speed Steam Cleaning" and "Houston Air Duct Cleaning" are both a scam! STAY AWAY, ...far away!

Very easy experience. I made an inquiry online and was called and emailed back within hours and an appointment was made. I appreciated the email appointment reminder and the tech showed up on time and finished in a timely manner.

This is the first time I’ve ever been so distressed that I’ve felt the need to write a review in hopes that no one else goes through the same catastrophe that I went through after calling Houston Air Duct Cleaning which is connected to Aura Air Duct Cleaning and Speed Clean LLC.

We called Houston Air Duct Company on Tues and they informed us it would be 79.98 to do the cleaning and they would be able to come the next day. The two technicians who worked for Aura Air Duct Cleaning showed up an hour after the window and within 5 min said we had a bad black and green mold problem on our evaporator coil, A/C box, and vents. They snapped and sent us the pictures. Now what the technician did not know is that the previous day we had a BBB A/C Company service our unit which includes pictures of the box and evap cooler with no mold. They continued to push the of treatment stating that we had 3 options, a $299 cleaning, a $899 cleaning and a $1,399 cleaning which they HIGHLY recommended. I told them that I wanted to do research and that we don’t want them doing anything in which they responded that they had already started the vent cleaning and were almost done which was completely different than what was discussed that no work would be done until we knew what the issues were. They were done within 30 minutes and charged us $300 which I begrudgingly paid to get them to leave. Payments are made to Speed Clean LLC. When I called to voice my displeasure to Stacey (manager) who stated that we signed a contract and compared their service to buying shoes. I brought up the fact that we had our A/C inspected the prior day and had pictures of the coil with no mold and asked how they could explain their pictures showing all this mold vs ours. The manager went back to the shoe analogy and said that A/C company won’t open up the box or inspect the Evaporator Coil which is just preposterous. They will not refund any portion of the money we wasted on this service.

I was quite enjoyed the service of this company. I moved in into new apartment an need the ducts to be cleaned out of dust. I made a call at afternoon and they sent the worker for the next day noon. He was in time, made a good job. Price is ok. It was fast, efficient, good result. I don't see the reason not to call them next time I need such job to be done,

We had our ducts cleaned this past Saturday. jose and ben at the office were very informative and answered all our questions. The cleaners were very professional and explained the process very well to us. We would highly recommend them to anyone. The airflow seams better also.

Had my air ducts cleaned yesterday morning, it took about 4-5 hours by the time the tech finished the job. He was very professional did a very neat job, you can tell he knows what he is doing.
