"ripp off" "ripp off" "ripp off" this company is just a ripp off stay away from this crooks. they advertise $89.99 unlimited vents and when the worker's come they have speed steam cleaning printed on their trucks when you inquire you called houston air duct cleaning and not speed steam cleaning the worker's say they are owned by the same person. as soon they get their foot in the door they start playing mind games to mis-guide their customer's that you have mold and they will clean your ducts with sanitizer's and chemicals to remove mold and they do nothing. they robbed me with $700.00 cash and when i complained to the manager stacy and owner gabriel they said they will refund my money since the worker ben who came to my house was not professional and was not only robbing their customer's but also the company. regardless this people train their worker's to go and rob people and now they do not even answer my phone calls. i will report this business with Texas State Attorney General Office and BBB for sure. stay away from this ripp off company.

Think about this the next time you register a domain names to do business under!



Houston Air Duct Cleaning dot com is owned by Speed Steam Cleaning LLC and Speed Steam Cleaning LLC is registered to Inna Rozenstein and her husband Gavriel Ben Avi is the contact on the 44 domains they own!



Inna has denied several times that her and Ben are married, but their marriage license proves different! Pictures confirm their marriage too.

So far they own 44 domain names that I could find, there may be more by now!



I did eventually get a refund from them, but only because of the reviews I posted online and calling them several times each day and threatening a law suit! I had to wait over a week after she said she sent it, but I did eventually get it.



Inna and her husband Ben are demanding that I take down my reviews, since she gave a refund! She thinks that the refund should stop me from warning everyone else about this scam that I fell for, but it won't.



Now, every time they contact me I will write in 5 more reviews of their company on the net!



This company and it's owners need to stop harassing me by calling so much!



NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SPEED STEAM CLEANING LLC, INNA ROZENSTEIN OR ANY OF THE 44 DOMAIN NAMES INNA AND HER HUSBAND BEN ARE OPERATING UNDER!

THIS WAS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! THE REVIEWS HAVE TO BE FAKE JUST LIKE THEIR 24 HOUR CONTACT NUMBER! MY HOME WAS DAMAGE AND THEY REFUSED TO FIX IT! I PAID FOR A YEAR WARRANTY AND THEY REFUSED TO COME OUT AND RECHECK THEIR WORK AFTER I TOLD THEM I WAS STILL HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM! I WAS QUOTED ONE PRICE AND WHEN THEY CAME OUT IT TRIPLE! I had a lot of mold and black dirt in and around my air ducts. I called "Houston Air Duct Cleaning" to schedule an appointment for the next day. Two technicians came and after inspecting the whole a/c system they told me that the mold is really bad but they are able to take care of it. It took them almost 4 hours to clean and take care of everything and I even got warranty in case the mold comes back. Great service, great technicians and great company!

I cannot say 'thank you' enough for cleaning my air ducts. Ben G. was super nice & fast. They answered all of our questions (2 people) and explained the process well. There were some extra charges since it was way more then a basic cleaning but me and my husband didn't mind since we saw they are professionals.
