The tech was very pleasant and friendly and thorough in his review of the service provided. He seemed knowledgeable, called prior to the appointment time and arrived on time. This was the second time that Ive used Air Tech of Houston and will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and family.

Kyle was on time, very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. Came back with the part the same afternoon- again right on time and fixed it. Made some filter recommendation but did not try to push it.

The technician was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their service.

They replaced my entire system and went above and beyond with the installation in a challenging space. They spent time testing and making sure everything was running well and that we understood the controls before they left. They carried away the old system and even vacuumed when everything was done! This was our second time using your company to install a new system in our home. I was pleased by his timeliness! He got up in the attic and put everything back to where it belonged, the insulation on the ducts and taping up a spot that needed it. My furnace is fine and that was good to know! It was a good experience!
