Air Tech replaced a part for us on our AC. They Quoted and ordered the part and came back as scheduled to install it. Didn’t have any problems and we will use them again. They arrived as scheduled and were very professional. They completed the check as requested. No surprise charges, quick and easy service.

Air Tech Wrecking Crew showed up at the time they quoted me and a 3 man team got with it. The crew checked on things and were very efficient. Air Tech offered me the credit terms to make all of this possible for me, and they put me in touch with their office to do my credit application over the phone. I never stepped a foot out of my house to get my credit line approved. Air Tech was finished later the same day and the operation was over and a success. I have been in retail all my life, and I know genuine courtesy at its best when I see it. I even received a follow up call from them asking if I was satisfied. Yes I am! God Bless you all.

They came out to replace the AC units. They were very honest and professional. Great service and company.

My experience with Air Tech of Houston was very good. The serviceman gave me all the "nuts and bolts" in regards to the condition of all unit pieces as well as what to look for in regards to maintenance. It was nice to get a basic idea of what you want to learn or gain from the service and have someone walk you through it. I recommend their services to anyone in need of solid work and knowledgeable techs!

I had Air Tech of Houston come out to my house after another AC company did not install my unit properly and didn't want to deal with the aftermath. I was relieved that Air Tech didn't mind cleaning up their mess, and in fact my AC is cooling better than it ever has now! So thankful, I am very impressed with this company and the way they conduct business.

I called up Air Tech of Houston to do a check up on both of my furnaces. I just moved into my house and wasn't sure of the running condition since they both looked very old. I scheduled an appointment, which they were very flexible with, and the service tech showed up exactly on time and was very professional. I highly recommend their services, an all around great company to work with!

Air Tech of Houston is one of the best air conditioning companies around. My AC went out last week and I called Airtech and they had someone come out within the next 2 hours. One of their technicians, Daniel, came promptly and had all the equipment ready to fix the problem. Luckily it was nothing serious but they knew exactly what to do and how to fix it. They are now my go-to company whenever any problems with my AC may arise.

I called them on a Sunday at about 5 PM after I got home from a 4th of July vacation and they had 2 technicians on my doorstep by 5:30 PM. Both men were very cordial and well spoken. They quickly got to work assessing the problem and when they found the apparent problem they let me know what was going on in a way that I could understand. After further inspection they realized that something else was going on with my unit so they called their boss, who also came to my house to help find the cause of the problem. After a short while they had pinpointed the problem, communicated it to me in a clear and concise manner and then began fixing the problem. They worked diligently until all the work was done and didn't leave my house until about 7:30PM on Sunday. Thank you for being great at what you do and not compromising quality of service just because it's the weekend. Thanks again, you have my business from here on out!

my wife and kids called me at work complaining that the house was cold...i googled a/c company in my area and found air tech of houston. i was surprised that they responded very quickly and they were able to fix the problem in less than 2 hours. i had to have my control board replaced in my furnace. they were able to get my family comfortable at home...thanks AIR TECH of HOUSTON!!! We will definitely be using you again in the future! A+++

If it was possible to give no stars I would! I actually got no service. Today the service tech arrived 15 minutes before my appointment after canceling 2 days earlier a service appointment at the last minute. I had lost a good part of my morning but I did not complain. Unfortunately when it came time for respectful treatment on my side it was not available. I did not arrive for my appointment early but rather 8 minutes later. Guess what?!?! No tech was on scene because they only wait at a job 15 minutes. So the customer is penalized twice. The first time at the last minute because they made an appointment they didn't keep and the second time because of an arbitrary rule that does not take into account appointment time. Incredible! When will service companies actually learn to be customer service companies? This is the worst!

My inside coil froze up. I mean an inch of ice! I was told by another A/C tech that I needed a new coil-$850. I called Air Tech and expected to make an inspection appointment for the next day. The person answering the call put a technician on the phone and he arrived in 30 minutes! Todd checked my unit and said I didn't need a new coil. He replaced some contacts and recommended a new thermostat. It is working fine now and I saved $500. I highly recommend Air Tech of Houston. Thank you!

WHEN MY AC WENT OUT ON ME OVER THE WEEKEND, I FIRST CALLED WHAT I HAD MISTAKEN TO BE A REPUTABLE COMPANY, BASED ON THERE POPULAR NAME AND VANS ALLOVER HOUSTON.

AFTER A 5 HOUR WAIT I WAS TOLD I WOULD NEED A NEW UNIT AND THE COST TO BE OVER $3500. BECAUSE MY UNIT USES A TYPE OF REFRIGERANT THAT IS OBSOLETE.

MY FRIEND SUGGESTED I GET ANOTHER BID, AND I AM SO GLAD THAT I DID!!

I CALLED AIR TECH OF HOUSTON, AND THEY CAME OUT QUICKLY,

GAVE ME A BID THAT WAS 30% LESS THAN THE OTHER GUYS

ON A UNIT THAT HAD A HIGHER SEER RATING THAN WHAT THE OTHER GUYS WANTED TO INSTALL..

OF COURSE I DID NTO EVEN KNOW WHAT THAT WAS, BUT THE TECH TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN TO ME. THEN AFTER INSPECTING MY SYSTEM, THEY DETERMINED THAT I DIDNOT NEED A NEW ONE,

APPPARENTLY THERE WAS A FLOAT SWITCH THAT AUTOMATICALLY SHUT MY UNIT OFF WHEN THE DRAIN CLOGGED OVER. BOY WAS I IMPRESSED!!!

I thought I would be looking at getting someone out tomorrow but they were here within an hour from the time I called. Very knowledgable and friendly I would definitely deal with them again.

This is a great reputable company with clean cut experienced honest technicians that i would recommend to any business or residence. i dont use any one else, nor does my family .
