Got such a fabulous experience getting my new vehicle. Zach took the stressful stereotype of car sales out of my mind with how great he handled the whole sale process. It was smooth, enjoyable and allowed for it to be a celebration! Thanks!

First time purchasing a car from merchants, Zach made the entire process easy! He was very helpful from beginning to end and he was willing to work with me to find what I wanted in my price range. I would definitely recommend Zach to anyone!!

Zack did a nice job of showing me my options, although I may have been going little too fast for him on the test drive! So far, so great!!

Very friendly helpful and not a pushy salesman Because I felt comfortable with Zach u asked him to find me a pick up truck with very specific features right down to the color. The next day he had found it for me!!! Amazing! We bought it that week! Good guy all around.

Zack was a phenomenal person to deal with all the way through my transaction. From begging to end. No 30 annoying phone calls like other sales people just a great call to remind me that he is still available for me if I need. He customer service was nothing but the best. I would and will refer people back to Zack any time. Thanks Zack!

Loved the service we received today! Our sales agent Jim Smith was absolutely fantastic!! He had a great sense of humor and was able to walk us through the process and never made us feel like we were a bother. This was the first time for me buying a car and he was able to answer all my questions and explain everything. I would recommend everyone to this dealership and tell them to ask for Jim! It was well worth the drive and money!!!

Today I bought a car and Chris was nothing but a 100 % with me. He was honest and to the point. Merchants doesn't harass you into buying anything you cant afford. I felt very comfortable in making the decision I made with them on my loan. If your looking for a newer used car I strongly suggest going to Merchants and asking for Chris! :)

this is a great place to buy a car. i had horrible credit and had been turned down by everyone else. merchants auto made it happen. I would suggest asking for Andre, he does good work and will legit RUN around for you.

This is my first time buying a car and I was not excited about the experience at all. Ryan Spada made the experience very enjoyable and stress free. I went into this place after the sudden death of my old car, needing one desperately in the next 24 hours so I could commute to work. Peter Phaneuf was my sales rep and not only was he very nice and helpfull over the phone, but he did everything possible to make sure I got a car I could afford that had everything I needed. He answered every one of my silly questions (this was my first time financing a car) and was very personable, kind, as well as funny. I'm pretty sure if I had needed driving lessons to get the car off the lot, he would have provided them. I'm extremely happy with the service and the car, which I'm sure will last a very long time. And when this one does go, I'm definitely going back to Merchants auto.

Ryan Spada was totally amazing. Trying to purchase a new car for myself with my husband was a challenge to say the least. Ryan handled it calmly and with a sense of humor.
