After meeting with with Lisa Petrucelli and speaking about our options she led me to DCU Bank which took care of all the financing. After meeting with Andre Liqui on the 2nd visit I walked away with my first car very painless. I will tell everyone of the great service Thank You Merchants.

After trying 2 other dealerships with unsatisfactory sales people we ended at Merchants. Met at the door by Zach who immediately turned our day around. Positive attitude and quick to get the kids entertained so we could shop. We had a specific vehicle we were looking for and there was so messing around trying to get us to look at others.
