On time. Courteous. Proficient. What else could anyone ask for?

I was very happy with my service call from Roto Rooter. When I emailed in my order the evening before, I was given an afternoon time frame for my appt. I was called first thing in the morning and was told that a serviceman would be there shortly. Gary was friendly, knowledgeable and fixed my drain clog/pipe issues quickly. I certainly will call Roto Rooter again!

I had a clog/backup in my laundry drain pipe. I called Rotor-Rooter, they gave me a quote, and were able to have a servicer available within an hour. The servicer was knowledgeable, thorough, and explained exactly what was going on and what he was doing to correct it. I'll be calling them again in the future for any clogged drain!

Gary did a great job explaining what he could and couldn't do. He had to go back to the shop and get extra equipment, and he returned when he said hewould. That shocked me , as normally when the treatment

changes it takes extra days. Not so this time.



He was very careful and clean with all he did. I was impressed by what he had to say about how we could try and keep it clear so as not to have to wee you all again. Sooo, I would have to say if I need him again I will deffinantly call your bussiness again.

Ian was our service person. Showed up on time, did a great job of explaining everything he did, cleaned up afterward. 3rd time in 16 years we had this done, and Ian was by far the best. Will ask for him by name again.

Pricey, but incredibly fast and effective.Called at 8am, drain clear by 10:30am.

Our basement was flooded and we knew the pipes needed to be cleaned out. We had gone with another company the past few times, but felt like they weren't doing a good job.



So, we called Roto-Rooter. Not only did we get great service from Ian, but we felt like when we called they took the time to listen to our problem and ask questions to ensure they brought the right size blade, etc. They also did a video inspection to make sure they got all the roots out.



We definitely will call them again in the future!

Our basement was flooded with water due to the drain being clogged with roots. I called Roto-Rooter and within half an hour or less, they were out clearing my drain. I would just like to say THANK YOU to Ian(Tech #881) for being such a friendly, knowledgeable and speedy person. He made it almost painless when it came time for me to pay the bill. :o}

The service techs were very helpful and were able to unclog our kitchen sink. They also were knowledgeable in explaining to us why it clogged and gave us a complimentary monthly drain treatment!

These guys are the best. They came same day and it they were actually able to come before my appointment time. They were both very knowlegable, freindly, courteous and professional. I would recommend them to everybody. Thanks again guys!!

Gary and Greg were very prompt and friendly. They explained everything they were doing and offered to come back if things weren't fixed and the toilet still leaked. Two days later, the toilet was still leaking and they came the same day and fixed it at no charge. I was very pleased.

Greg was very courteous and left the job site in good order.

This is the first time we've had Roto-Tooter to the house and had the pleasure of Ian being our plumber. This time was for our Laundry Room, the laundry line was backing up, during this time we requested a estimate for further work to be done with our pipes underneath kitchen and bathroom sink. Ian gave us the estimate along with his name on the bill. Ian was very helpful and did a more than excellent job informing us of what he was doing, why and what should further be done in the future.

When I called roto rooter out when my drain backed up they were out right a way and performed knowledgable and excellent service and also performed other work the same call very excellent.

The GR team had a service technician at my house in less than 2 hours. He was friendly and answered all of my questions. I felt respected and well informed of the newly found plumbing/root problem in my home. I would recommend highly!

We called Roto-rooter on a Saturday for a clogged sewer line. This line has been a mystery to us as we have never had anyone explain how far out the clog was or what was happening in the line. Roto-rooter came at 6 p.m. on a Saturday and unplugged the drain, used a camera to see what was going on and gave logical and clear follow-up for our particular drain. We really appreciated the help.
