The service was exceptional and the employee they sent was very professional. They sent someone right out to my home and the problem was resolved quickly. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter!

Very reliable and quick service. Same day service is great. I tried another plumber and it was going to take 3 days just to respond. I would definitely use Roto Rooter again.

I have dealt with Roto Rooter on multiple occasions; and each time (including my most recent service), I am impressed with their professionalism and their honesty. They always look out for my interests, and they have never offered me services that I don't need. Highly recommended.

On a Sat. night, I has a bathroom sink back up and could not get it to drain.

a clean up that made it look like nothing had happened. They were friendly

and courteous and I would and will recommend them for any plumbing

needs in the future as well as for myself.

Great service fair and honest pricing, good advice to avoid problems in the future. They are not out to gouge you and nickle and dime you for services. Glad I followed good advice and called them you should do the same.

I called Roto-Rooters in the morning and they were there by noon even though it wasn't an emergency. The employee was very friendly and was very informative about everything he was doing and what our options were. I will definitely be using their serives again if I ever have anymore issues!

We had to move in with my parents (ugh) for 2 days while waiting for a new drain field to be put in. Our tanks (2) 800 gallon) were flushed and yet we still didn't have flow from our toilets and our shower was filling with sewage (UGH, again!) We called Roto-Rooter at 7 pm and George was there within 45 minutes. He was a riot and diagnosed AND fixed our problem!!! He was fun and professional and he is now our best friend because we can poop and pee without it coming up through our shower!! That's a good thing!

After waking up to a cracked hot water heater, I called during my lunch break and had a technician scheduled for later that afternoon. Dave was extremely pleasant on the phone, and Gary, my plumber, was even better. He gave me my quote, went to work quickly, and did a fabulous job installing the new system. Past that, he even had a water damage service give me a call, and because I was working with Roto-Rooter, they came out to assess the flooding damage and give me a free estimate. I was extremely impressed with the customer service afforded to me, as well as with the high quality, no-nonsense workmanship that you rarely get with other plumbing companies. I plan to call Roto-Rooter again for any major plumbing need, and for me, that says a great deal.

Ian showed up right on time! He was quick, and efficient in diagnosing and fixing the problem. He was very professional and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I will definitely use and refer Roto-Rooter in the future!

I had several issues with my drain when Jason from Roto-Rooter came to my house. I have an old house with roots growing in my drain. He gave me several options of how to fix it and i felt like he did what he could to help me. He worked quickly and did all he could to keep a very expensive fix as low as possible. After putting an auger and a camera down my drain they gave me a very competitive estimate to dig up my drain and replace it. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to more people.

Our sewer was backing up in our basement so we knew we must have a clog. We called Roto-Rooter they came out and fixed the problem. Jason our service man was very nice, helpful and knowledgable. Prompt and courtesy service.

Would recommend them to any one.

After waking up to a flooded basement, I made a call to a plumber and they came out to quote me for the job. I though the quote was high so I called Roto Rooter. Dave was friendly on the phone and I had a service tech out in a half hour or so. He looked at my basement, found where our water pipe had burst, and why it burst. He then fixed the pipe by installing a new one with a shutoff valve, and he also helped to fix the problem of eliminating cold air so it would not happen again. He was fast, Friendly, and not far off from his quote, which I should tell you was significantly cheaper that the first plumber I called. Save yourself the time of trying to find a great plumber in a desperate time and just call Roto Rooter!! Thanks Gary!! Your work was much appreciated!

We made an appointment and got the job done that afternoon. The serviceman was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recomment Roto-Rooters to friends.

Our drain kept backing up in the laundry room filling it with sludge. After three bottles of drain cleaner we finally called Roto-Rooter. They were very accomodating. They were able to come right over. Jason was very professional and courteous. He had the drain clear in no time and even set us up with an alarm that will go off if our laundry room ever floods again.

When I called, Dave set an appointment the same day. The technician was on time and explained how the process worked. He was very professional. Any mess that was made was cleaned up. The price was what the same as the estimate. He found that my main sewer line is broken and took the information back to the people at the office to give me an estimate to repair this problem. The people at the office called me the next day.
