I had virues really bad after getting careless on my computer. Called computer aid and talked to Chuck. Long story short he got out every virus and then some. I got a log file on my desktop that he left on there telling me what was found and removed.. No shop has ever done that.

My grand baby,well she is 27 told me to call computeraid when I was looking to upgrade my computer. I am thankful she did. Chuck was able to do some upgrades and keep the price below what I had been looking at on new computers. I 100 percent recommend Chuck

Computer Aid did a great job for me and went well beyound what I know anyone else would have done. My laptop is an off brand and one shop in Chattanooga told me I would never find the parts for it. They didn't even want to try. Chuck told me the same thing but added if I was willing to leave it he would do his best to find me the parts. It's no good the way it is so I left it. He called me a month later to tell me he had found a compatable part and would order it. The computer cost me $500 4 years ago and thanks to Chuck I think it will go another 4 years. Then I will trash it. Thanks Chuck and Computer Aid.

My laptop I know was loaded with viruses. I took it to computer aid and it only took him 2 days and it is working great now. Thanks

My experience with computer aid was delightful. My laptop lcd screen needed replacing. I got a price from a couple of locals and one online. I decided on Computer Aid and as I have already said it was delightful.He came in on budget and was done a couple days sooner than he said he would be.

I have lived all over the world and have never met anyone that is so knowledgeable when it comes to computers and customer service. Chuck did a fantastic job and he made me feel smart. In 5 minutes talking to him I learned more about how to prevent virses than anyone has ever even tried to explain to me.

I only needed a memory upgrade. I bought my own memory and Chuck had no problem with this. He installed my memory while I waited and tested it to be sure it was ok.
