Provided by YP.comI had my hard drive go bad and made a lot of calls. Computer Aid was the one I went with because his price was down to earth and I am glad I did. They got everything off my drive . I had taken it to staples and they sent it off and when they got it back they told me it was unrecoverable. So Computer Aid does great recoverys on UNRECOVERABLE hard drives. Thanks Chuck

Provided by YP.comComputer Aid was recommended to me by a friend and I have already recommended it to a friend of mine. Chuck seemed to be very knowledgeable and efficient. He wanted everything about my computer to be fixed when it left his shop. I appreciate that he explained everything to me and let me know in advance what it would cost. I have heard horror stories about others and felt very fortunate to have found Computer Aid.

Provided by YP.comI crashed my laptop and decided to replace it rather than have it fixed.Computer Aid was very helpful on the phone trying to help me fix my laptop that I decided to go see what he had in the way of good used laptops.I was more impressed when I walked in because he was very nice and helpful. I tried out a few laptops he had that he had rebuilt and I decided to go with my gut and purchase the one I really liked. After a couple of weeks and no problems but a few phone calls to him because I am not used to windows 7 I am very glad I got this laptop from him. I was looking at newer laptops at Best Buy last weekend and I got to thinking. Chuck sold me a laptop after trying to help me on the phone to get my old one back working. It is up to date with everything I wanted. Plus he transfered my old data to my new laptop and he has taken a total of 9 phone calls from me since my first call about my old laptop, spent more than an hour with me in his shop while taking phones calls and never rushed me or shrugged off any questions and offered to transfer my data without me asking. He gave me all of this service and I spent less money with him than what the Best Buy laptop would have cost me. Chuck has earned this review and my service from here on out. My dad has told me about how people did business when he was younger and that is what Chuck reminds me of. This is a long rambling write up I know but I cannot say enough about how good Chuck made me feel while dealing with him. If I can get my point across to just one person then the time here will be well spent. For anyone whom reads this you should at least call Chuck before you decide to use anyone. You will be happy you did.

Provided by YP.comI bought a tablet from computer aid before christmas and I waited a while before leaving a review in case something went wrong. I am now satisfied that I was sold a very good rebuilt tablet. I paid a fair price for a tablet I feel will last me a long time. I was hesitant but I am now well pleased.

Provided by YP.comI contacted Chuck with a sound problem.My microphone and speaker ports would`nt work.Chuck,suspected it was a setting problem and offered to check for possible solutions and call me back.Meanwhile,he suggested I check all the sound settings I could find.I did so and found one,changed it,and solved the problem.He is very competent,professional,and ETHICAL. Thanks,I will do business and recommend the same to others.

Provided by YP.comAmazing work - like magic! Chuck is a professional all the way and will work as fast as he can to fix the problem. He is also reasonably priced. Although there are many other computer repair people in town it is worth it to go to Chuck because the quality of work is far superior than others.

Provided by YP.comI had 2 laptop with the same problem. The plug in the back was loose on one and pushed back in the other. Computer aid was able to repair both of them and I am very satisfied with the price and the quaility of the workmanship. Chuck was recommended to me by a friend that bought a computer from Computer aid a couple years back. Now I am recomending Chuck to all of you.

Provided by YP.comSince I first bought my laptop many things have gone wrong with it, too many to name. Every time something does though, the first person I turn to is Chuck, the founder of Computer-Aid. I cannot believe how knowledgeable, willing, and how fast and accurate his help is. It seems like everyday I run into someone that claims they are computer wizards, the thing about Chuck is hat he really is. A few days ago my computer caught a virus so I called upon Chuck, the first thing he recommended was right on the money and now my computer is running even better than it was before the virus. All i can say is THANKS CHUCK!! A family man indeed...

Provided by YP.comI found Chuck to be a very honorable man. I have never met him but I needed someone to fix my girlfriends computer and I emailed him about fixing it. The whole thing was handled through email and he treated her with respect and handled her novice questions about the repair. It is hard enough to find the right servce man in person but for he and I to work through email and he did a perfect job that tells me a lot . Thank you Chuck, have a good year.

Provided by YP.comBefore having my laptop repaired at computer-aid, I had a friend take a look at it. I say after having computer-aid repair, i saw that it should have never let my friend even get near it. The repair man worked fast and did a great job. I am happy to have trusted him with my laptop.

Provided by YP.comJust moved here from Cali and first thing that went down was my puter. I am a Dj and require my laptop to pay my bills, know what I mean. I thought s$@#+happens and I started looking and someone recommended this dude. Got me back on my feet jaming before my next gig and laptop was faster than I remember it being when I bought it. Any og my Cali brothers and siters out there in a spot with their machine. Dig Chuck, he does it right.

Provided by YP.comComputer Aid did me a good job and I look at Computer people like a car salesman. You just cannot trustem. Thats why I wanted Chuck to do his work at my home. But after spending time with him and watching him I do think this is a good man and there isn't anything he doesn't know about computers.He answered every question I asked and then he showed me how to search what he said online to check up behind what he told me. When was the last time a car salesman answered everything you asked him honestly and also showed you how to catch him in a lie. I will recommend him to everyone I know and recommend the others in town to people I don't like.

Provided by YP.comComputer Aid came to my business and was able to devirus 2 of my computers in less than an hour. Last time the place I called took all day. When I told Chuck this he went to there defense and told me the problem this time may not have been so severe, but I still think it should have been done faster last time. I will use Computer Aid from here on out. If you have a business and don't like having your time wasted then Chuck is the man

Provided by YP.comI will 100% agree with the person just before me. Chuck is a great guy that fully understands how his customers feel when their pc on on the blinks. Chuck answered every question and he assured me that he would do everything he could to get me back online as soon as he could. He did not make me feel stupid for asking questions and he went well out of his way to help me out.
