The service was excellent and I will continue to use enterprise for car rental services!

I only rent from Enterprise. The staff are very courteous and efficient. When I had to wait for a car I was immediately given a substantial upgrade at no extra cost. They will pick you up at home and drive you to their nearest location plus the spouse is included in the fee. Thank you for a very positive experience.

I had a pretty bad experience with this location, and spent most of the day on the phone with them fighting to bring the cost of my rental down. In the end, I still overpaid.. the people at this location like to use the bait and switch technique and then try and charge you an upgrade fee if you need a different car than the one that was reserved for you in addition to charging you a higher rate. the management team was unresponsive to my calls. I will not be renting from this location ever again. I have never experienced people trying to take advantage of someone at an Enterprise until the other day.

I had a good experience with Enterprise. I've used them in my home town, in Florida, and Puerto Rico, always with good service and accurate billing. When I've had billing questions, Enterprise has always answered them honestly. After poor experiences with Hertz (who inaccurately charged me $150 for refueling when the car was returned full and the receipt confirmed this, they refused to credit the charge) and with Advantage who had continuous system problems resulting in getting a different, lesser car for the same charge, I am a confirmed Enterprise customer and would recommend them. Thanks Enterprise for the good service and good car.

I have been flying into FLL for many years and have been a loyal Enterprise customer due to their unparalleled service, great selection of vehicles and value. Any concerns have been immediately addressed and even though there are many choices, I continue to return because they have earned my business

Today I was discriminated by the Enterprise Rental Car franchise at the Fort Lauderdale Airport. After making an online reservation and proceeding to the airport facility, I was told I could not rent a car because I was a FL resident and they where not renting to locals. When asked why, I was told because of fraud. If this is company policy then the online reservation system should block local rentals. This was a tremendous inconvenience to both my wife and I. Because of the discriminating practices of this company I will no longer rent from Enterprise Rental Car.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS SNEAKY, CORRUPT COMPANY!! I was on vacation in May and the rental process was easy of course, but only because I'm sure they wanted to guarantee me as a customer and take me money. Yes the car was clean and very nice. My one and only MAJOR issue with this company is that they ripped me off and charged me for an extra day worth of services. I signed and had proof of what my charges were. Once I returned home I noticed that I was not credited the full deposit amount of $100. I called and they stated my charges were correct and sent me a different receipt via email. This receipt showed the same rental dates as my original but was calculating as me having the vehicle for one day longer which I did NOT have. I returned the vehicle on time (about 4 hours early), with the same amount of gas as it was given to me, and free of any damage. I kept receipts for everything including the slips the valet people give you when you check in/out the vehicle to prove that the extra charges could not have possibly been for any of those reasons which I previously stated.

I spoke with 3 customer service reps to discuss this was incorrect and each one gave me different explanations as to what the extra charges were for. Tired of incompetent and inconsistent answers I requested to be transferred to a supervisor with whom all I got was her voicemail. I left a msg and have yet to receive a return call (we're already in August).

Just terrible service, unfriendly employees. If you need to rent a car look elsewhere.

I love their efficient service and friendly staff. The cars are clean and the prices are fair. It is a pleasure to rent from them.
