Well upon returning our rental car to ENTERPRISE, FLL FLORIDA, I forgot my IPAD2 was under the front passenger seat until we were in the air. We have tried all week to correspond with them. Strange because during returning the vehicle we had a very polite conversation with the manager on how courteous the service was. Actually they gave us an additional percentage off of our rental and his personal card. Then we explained we saw the lady go through the vehicle as we were talking to the manager name Greg but were so caught up in closing the ticket & I didn't tell my family I put it under the seat. So at that time wouldn't it have been conducive to give the IPAD2 to us??You know & someone has this IPAD2, because our carrier called to let us know it pinged at that location ������������������������.NEXT PHASE IS LEGAL ACTIONS & CORPORATE OFFICE NEEDS TO BE CONTACTED.Folks just need to do what is right, fair, loyal &honest #character #integrity. #honesty

Everything was as great as expected. Personnel were great and helpful. Ride to where i need to go after dropping off car was fine.

I was extremely unhappy with my car. There were only two to pick from and the engine light was on in the better of the two. I have always had nice cars every other time I rented. I was disappointed and a little afraid to use on the expressway because it had no get up and go.

We always rent our cars from Enterprise when out of town. This time it was with Enterprise Ft Lauderdale Airport. We love that they are consistent with their information to their customers, the service is always excellent and they're always sure to ask if their service was good while you are there. They watch the details and don't try to take advantage of you. If you have issues returning on time, they work something out instead of price gouging you. They also walk around the vehicle with you to ensure they check for any preexisting damage. They care about their customers. Well worth the cost. We've been taken advantage of by Avis and won't work with anyone but Enterprise.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure the car was to our standards before sending us on our way. The return process was very easy and stress free.

They were super nice and helpful. Upgraded me to a swell car. And were good with communication. Quick and easy return, too.

After a horrible experience with another compnay I can not say enough good about the customer service I received at Enterprise. Outstanding after a long over due flight you guys got me on my way and the complimentary upgrade was much appreciated.

Enterprise is simply the best. In a business that is tainted by the likes and come-ons of the EZ's and Advantage car rentals of the world Enterprise treats you like an intelligent, value oriented customer.

The price was great. No lines at the counter to pick up the car. Returning it was a breeze. Two thumbs up!!

Nice clean cars and competitive prices. Fairly convenient location at FLL Ft. Lauderdale. If you have a problem you are screwed. Understaffed and clueless reps, in a rush to get you gone!! Zero customer service. Passing the buck is their best attribute. No follow up and only excuses when complaining to so called "management". Competitor Alamo took the initiative and did everything in their power to help out. ERAC did nothing, nada, zip. End of story and last time I will use them. Alamo is the winning ticket!!

Fast Friendly service. no pressure to buy something we did not want. in and out when I got there and really fast return.

I know Enterprise is not the cheapest, but their customer service is the best I have ever experienced. Without fail, every time I have dealt with them it has been a pleasure. They know how to train their people!

It is always a pleasant experience renting a car from Enterprise. I have never been disappointed with the service, car or price.

Excellent customer service from pick up to drop off above expectation. However we wound up with yet a third car. First one discovered electric Windows defective 2 miles from airport so turned around and lost some time. Replacement car lurched forward upon brake release. New car towed to our location

Everything from the original search and selection of the vehicle to the check out and usage and check in was all super easy and very pleasant. The staff were very nice and friendly. The GPS was completely upgraded and gave all updated traffic changes. Definitely will use Enterprise again.

The car was in excellent condition and I had no trouble with the drop off.
