Due to a flight delay I arrived to pick up my car just as the office was closing. All of the Enterprise staff were wonderful and provided me with outstanding customer service. The young man who met us in the lot went out of his way to find just the right car for my son and me and he could have easily limited our selection due to the late hour but instead put the customer first.
Kudos to Enterprise for hiring great people!!

Getting the car was quick and painless. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. The return was also quick and painless.

Everything was great! reservations were easy and pick up and return was fast. The car was brand new and with low mileage. The price was a bargain and with unlimited mileage during the rental. The employees were very professional and knowledgeable and bent over backwards to help you. I have rented many times with Enterprise over the years and have always been satisfied.

The car is always clean and ready to go. The service is always fast and friendely. I am always treated with respect and courteousy. Even coming in late at night after normal buisiness hours there has been fairly prompt service. There always seems to be a good selection of cars available. on the occasion when a class of car I requested was not available they have always upgraded my car with no strings attached. The check out process is also much faster now and very efficient.

I am a platinum client and normally have exceptional service. I had a real issue with the car on checking in, I was given a Ford Hybrid, great but no trunk. I asked for another car and was told they had none or I could pay $100 more and upgrade. I asked for the manager, was promised I'd get a call, never did. I was exhausted after my trip and took the car and left. During my trip I emailed the station requesting a call, never got one. When I returned the car I was asked how everything was, I replied how disappointed I was, again I was promised a call. Poor service, very disappointing from an Enterprise Elite level client

Extremely convenient from terminal 1 at FLL... On same level as pedestrian walkway... Quick pickup and super easy return for Enterprise plus loyalty customers. We asked for a specific car brand/model at pickup, one wasn't in the available cars initially offered to us, but they made the effort to find one. And they reimbursed us for a tire repair expense we incurred during the rental. Great experience.

This was the worst rental car experience I've ever had. Our plane arrived at FLL on time and when I went to the Enterprise counter for my reservation, I was told that it would be a 20-30 minute wait outside. I went outside to a line about 50 people long. It took 2 hours for Enterprise to get me a car. This was such a joke, since I had a reservation nearly a month in advance. My reserved car should have been waiting for me. I've never seen anything like this ever. After standing for 2 hours, my rental should have been offered at 50% of my reservation price to accommodate screwing up my vacation.

We were treated like royalty at the Ft. Lauderdale airport location . Wait time was minimal to check-in and we were met at the garage and taken to our car. Associates even helped us with our bags.

I was very impressed with the service and will definitely rent with Enterprise again.

I picked up and returned my vehicle at the Fort Lauder Dale airport which was very convenient and affordable. The service was great especially due to a delayed arrival because of my flight. Personell at pick up and return were friendly and fast. I will definitely rent from Enterprise gain.

I rented the car for 2 days and I ended up returned one day early. Thank you for not charged me the 2 day. Plus everybody was very polite and helpful. Thank you, I will keep using your company when I need it.

be careful their contract quotes one price. When you get your credit card statement there is a higher price

Upon arrival the class selection of car I reserved was not available, so without delay, I was upgraded to the next level and given a free tank of gas. I was pleasantly surprised to receive not one but two upgrades. The gentleman that helped me, Joe was wonderful, very professional and definitely provided me with some of the best customer service I have ever received.

Overall good experience. The only thing I didn't like was the car class I reserved wasn't available so the representative tried to convince us to take a pick up truck (there were 4 of us) and then another lesser vehicle. We held to our stance and ended up with a satisfactory SUV. Also did not appreciate the representative discussing options like insurance, prepay fuel after we were in the
car. Price was good, initial counter experience good and no problem in returning the vehicle.

All the staff were very helpful and courteous. Joe went out of his way to make sure we fit into a car for my 6'3" partner and that I had access to a port for my phone. I would recommend Enterprise again.

Vacation trip to Florida, Chrysler Town & Country mini van was perfect. Easy pickup and drop off at FLL airport, Enterprise Customer Service was great. Overall a 5 star experience.
