I have had two repairs on my car, a repair on my best friends car and a enhancement done on a work truck here in the last two years and have been nothing but satisfied with all of the above. The best repair on my car was a rear end accident that caused almost $8000 worth of damage to the back end. The entire back end of my car was pushed in about an entire foot. The team did such a great job (and I'm that person that will ask someone to redo it if its wrong) and people don t believe me when I show them pictures from before and after. I am extremely satisfied with all the work done, and the customer service they provide. Josh, Joanna and Nick have always been helpful every time I call or go in, I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for good body shop work to go to Fort Collins Collision Repair!!

I've had Fort Collins Collision Repair do work (dents and paint) to my vehicles on two separate occasions, and both times the results were perfect. Their customer service has always been exemplary and the owner, Nick Zensen, seems to always be there and is willing to chat, and I always take that as a good sign when dealing with any business. These guys did a great job on my wifes Range Rover. She had just gotten it and someone backed into her. Obviously she was devestated that her brand new car was damaged. These guys were able to fix it right away and make it look new again. They even detailed the entire car before giving it back to us which I thought was above and beyond. Hopefully we won't be back to see them any time soon but if something happens, they are the place to go!

I had my Ford F250 repaired at Fort Collins Collision Repair and I am thrilled that I did!!! They were extremely thorough in the estimate and in ensuring that everything went smoothly through my insurance. Not only did they go above and beyond with the repair but they returned my truck detailed and looking better than new! I have never been so proud to drive my pickup around town. I recommend EVERYONE jump thru insurance hoops to take your vehicle to Fort Collins Collision repair over your insurance's preferred repair shops! I am thrilled and so glad that I did!!!

They worked very well with my insurance company. When I called to ask for an update and approximate time that it would be done they gave me a very realistic estimate and would also tell me what parts they were waiting on. The jeep looked like brand new when I picked it up and it was well detailed inside and out. I have had not a single problem with the vehicle since I picked it up. They were very friendly and good to work with. I was well takin care of.

I've taken my truck to FCCR twice this year, and I've been very happy with their service both times. Last week I waited while they replaced the rear bumper; it was done perfectly within 45 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and professional.

I wanted a place to fix my Jeep after getting run into twice in 2 months. Being brand new, I wanted it to look brand new again. Ft Collins Collision did an excellent job and the Jeep looks absolutely perfect.As far as the other review, the person should have blamed their insurance company. No one will do work and put out all the money for repairs if money to pay for the job is not in place. After I got tired of waiting for the other insurance company to pay for my repair, which took almost 3 months with no results, I finally just had my insurance company deal with it and it was done promptly. It is not the fault of the repair shop when insurance companies drag their feet.Quality of workmanship is excellent, and they were very professional and coureous. Highly recommended!

Very unhappy with Fort Collins Collision. They held my car "hostage" after having it for 6 weeks to repair some hail damage until they had the insurance check in hand. My insurance company approved all of the charges and were processing the check and Fort Collins Collision still would't give me back my car. 6 weeks of getting rides from coworkers and friends was very excessive.
