My car was rear ended and after seeing all of the positive reviews I thought I would try Fort Collins Collision Repair. The woman at the front desk was super kind, and was constantly keeping me up-to-date. The repair turned out great and as I was leaving I realized there was an issue with my tail light. They took a look at it and couldn�t fix the problem immediately, so they offered to have me bring it back in to take care of it even though there was no evidence that they were at fault for the issue.

I brought it back in and not only did they fix the issue, but they replaced several bulbs at no additional cost. Their staff was very professional and super helpful! I will definitely go back.

Our friend backed into our RX 350 leaving a dent in the rear passenger door. They are very busy (indicative of quality work), so the lead time was a bit long but we decided it was worth it. We are glad we did wait as they did a first rate job. Fort Collins Collision Repair did a great job repairing my car after it got hit by golf size hail on June 18. Brought it in on a Friday, they gave us an estimate, we brought it back on Monday, and it was finished on Wednesday. The car looked great.

Friendly, competent staff, work done well, & they even washed the car & floor mats before I picked it up. Staff takes time to be sure you understand what will be done, & why. This is a busy place, probably due to the quality of their work. I waited 2 months for an appointment, but it was worth it.

I took my 2014 Dodge Ram in to fix a little mishap and I could not be more impressed with the quality of their work as well as their professionalism. The truck came back looking brand new and they took the time to walk around and show me all that they did. You can tell they really take pride in their work! We had taken our van to be repaired at a different location 6 times for one issue and they finally told me to take it elsewhere because they "couldn't find it". Fort Collins Collision Repair fixed it on the first try, and found where the prior company had messed up our tint. They went above and beyond and made sure that the other collision repair shop paid to fix that as well.
