John with All Express Plumbing was quick to respond. Because our rental property is off the beaten track he was quick to ask for pictures to ensure he purchased the appropriate sized water heater before driving all the way out to the property. We were very satisfied with his communication, his professionalism, his timely replacement of the water heater, and the fact that our eccentric tenant was also pleased with him and his work

They returned calls, they installed a new water heater as they said they would, for the conservative price that they said they would. They did a professional job, even though they required to make a second trip to pick up another water heater to fit the requirements. They were pleasant, and when commended, kindly replied "we have merely done our job." They serviced the home of my sister, she was pleased with them, all of my discussions with them were by phone to arrange things on behalf of my sister.

After working with a terrible plumber that kept cancelling on his appts, I went with All Express Plumbing. They came the same day I called and then installed 2 new toilets the next day. Sam the tech was awesome! Friendly and fast. It was nice being able to call them and have a person pick up right away instead of getting a voicemail and having to wait all day for a call back. Mary their receptionist is on it! She took initiative to make sure that I was taken care of and made the calls to Sam to ensure he was on time.

John was incredibly responsive, friendly, thorough and quick. He had all the information, answers and options I needed, he understood my desire to move quickly, and he got the work done within four hours of my initial phone call. On quality, value, and customer service, All Express is top of the line. I will definitely be using them again.

John just fixed my Broken flange for me and only charge me $199 I couldn't believe my ears.



They were prompt fast and clean. I can't recommend them more. I will be referring them to all my friends.

Nothing but good things to say about these guys. I was having difficulty scheduling with another plumber through my home warranty but when I called the home warranty yesterday they set me up with these guys and I got my problem fixed the very next morning!
