This was an emergency and John responded immediately. This was a rental and we didn't want to inconvenience the tenants. The replacement water heater was installed quickly, everything cleaned up and the old water heater removed. There were no surprises or any additional charges tacked on. John will definitely get my business in the future.

Woke up on a Saturday morning to the terrible sound of leaking water. Called All Express, they gave me a quote over the phone, showed up four hours later as scheduled, changed the heater, including a new shutoff valve, no extra charges, in and out, we had hot water before dinner time. Thanks!

John arrive on time The project got done in 1 hour he was very pleasant fast and clean I paid what he quotes me on the phone home depot & Lowes wanted just for installation over a 1000 $ john also provide a brand new electric water heater JOHN did EXCLLENT JOB.

John explained the process of replacement of the water heater and the reason why the failure occurred (water softener). He and his assistant were thorough and efficient. I will call him again, but hopefully not too soon.
