Phil replaced our water heater. He came within an hour of my call to take a look at it and the water heater was replaced within 24 hours and it was reasonably priced.

5 stars are not enough for these guys. They are the best. Fast, reliable, affordable. I will use them for all my heating and cooling needs from now on. I'm also passing the word to my family and friends.

When I realized that I was having HVAC issues, I had a few goals in mind - affordability, honesty and reliability. J&M was the perfect blend of all three. They responded quickly to my call, set up an appointment for the next day and arrived ready to work.



The agents were honest, respectful and gave me advice that prevented them from attaining an additional $1,600 in revenue - such honesty is refreshing and gives me a bit more faith in the human race.

Phil and Tommy have been servicing my a/c and heater for nearly 20 years. They are very knowledgeable about their products and never push you towards the most expensive units.

Last week my a/c died and I called Phil. He was at my house within 20 minutes. You CANNOT find better service than that. Phil and Tommy are great guys and I would never call anyone other than J & M.

I can't recommend J&M highly enough. We needed our heater replaced quickly. Phil talked us through all the options, both pros and cons, and helped us decide on the one that best fit us. Never pushed the most expensive or the biggest but helped us choose the best one for us. Phil also checked out our central air unit. YOU CAN"T PUT A PRICE ON HONESTY !! Instead of trying to sell us a new one, he showed us some minor wiring repairs we needed and had everything heater and air conditioner done in a day. Honest guys, fair price and great service !!!

Phil at J&M has been nursing our aging heater and A/C along for the past four years so in the possibility of a very hot summer after that very cold winter, I contacted Phil who responded immediately and in a matter of days a new heater and A/C was up and running. Phil and Partner are knowledgeable, gracious, dependable, hard workers and on a scale of 1 - 10 I give them a 100. EJL & AJL

This is the second time I used their services of J&M. Both experiences have been highly professional and proficient. My wife loves how neat they are.



1st time I used them was in August 2014. I brought them in after another outfit dropped the ball completely. The first outfit said I needed two new a/c units ($500 bill for telling me that. they tested the system with Freon instead of nitrogen) It was hot and after a week with not return calls from the first outfit, I got a referral to J&M. Great move. They confirmed the bedroom a/c did in fact need a new unit. I told them we could do the 2nd unit in 2015.



They came out last week to check the two units and replace the the 3rd. During their test of the unit to be replaced they found that it indeed was functional and besides the addition of freon, all was running well. That is what I call integrity. I can not recommend J&M high enough.

Excellent customer service! I called J & M for an estimate on the heating system at a house I was considering to buy. Phil went over to the house first thing Monday morning and promptly delivered the estimate. He discovered issues that the inspector didn't. I am so thankful for his estimate!

After realizing I had a cracked heat exchanger and it was not safe to have my heat on, J & M gave me 3 proposals for a heating replacement. They explained each option with the energy savings I would receive. Phil from J & M rearranged their schedule so that the replacement could be done as soon as possible. They did exceptional work and I am very happy with the service I received.

J&M just did a wonderful job making sure we are alive and well. While coming to see why the heater was seeping water, they informed us that it was cracked and actually leaking carbon monoxide! They installed a new heater and came on a Saturday to get us started and finished on Monday and we have a safe and reliable system working. Phil and Tom are really good guys - again and again.

J&M did an awesome job during the extreme cold weather we're having. They solved my problem in a few days. Came on a Sunday during a snow storm... who does that, they do! I am happy to have such reliable professional that I can depend on

After experiencing a fire in the past, I learned the hard way about trying to save a few dollars here or there. So after much consideration I decided on J & M to replace my existing furnace and ac units. From estimate(the same day I called) to installation it was Phil and Tom all the way, and after receiving several quotes from different companies I can say it makes a difference to have the person selling you the system also being the one who is going to install it. Made the switch from Oliver to J & M and couldn't be happier with the decision.

I'm am so relieved to have made the choice to use Phil and J & M to convert my mother's house from oil heat to a gas furnace and remove her old oil tank. My mom is fighting cancer and can't communicate well and is home bound. Phil and his partner were very kind and sensitive to her concerns. Their work was efficient and timely. I got four estimates for the work and Phil was also cost effective. We will continue to use J & M whenever we need heating or a/c service.

When our heater circuit board failed on a weekend we couldn't get a time or price commitment from two well advertised companies. Phil came out on a Sunday, picked up the part as soon as the distributor opened and got us back in service Monday morning at half the price the others were estimating. Phil from J&M installed a heating unit in my home this past week which my wife and I are extremely happy with. The job was not just completed in the time Phil stated but the professionalism that he provides is hands down top of the world. He has contacted me checking in numerous of times to make sure everything was working to our satisfaction. This company is class act A+.

We had a new heater installed by Phil. We could not have been more impressed by the professionalism and service we received. They went all out to keep us warm and comfortable by bringing us heaters to use. The heater was installed quickly and efficiently. I would recommend J & M Heating and Cooling.

Phil from J&M installed a new high efficiency gas furnace for us. As we are on a fixed income, saving money was an important factor. Happily we are saving 40% a year over the old oil furnace and the old air conditioning unit that Phil replace. We could not be happier with the performance, professionalism and service from Phil and J&M. The units are saving us money, are quieter and trouble free.

Phil came in with recommendations for my home for switching from oil to gas. Phil took the time to really study the house and make sure the heat was distributed properly throughout the house. He explained everything and did exactly what he said he was going to do. The unit and duct work were installed without a problem as well as a new hot water heater. The price was fair and my basement was cleaner than it was before they showed up. I will not use anyone else for my heating and cooling services. Phil and Tommy are true professionals.

Our AC died in a heatwave right before we were to leave for vacation. My husband called J&M while we were out of town and Phil returned his call right away. He inspected and repaired our unit while we were away. It was so great to be able to come home to a cool house! I recommend J&M to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable and fairly priced heating and cooling company!
