Don't use Across USA Moving for Interstate Moves, they broker out your move. Across USA Moving & Storage recently did a move for us from Cedar Park, TX to Pembroke Pines, FL. We went with them as they are a Texas based HHG Mover, and OZZ our move consultant said they were not a HHG Broker. They Brokered our HHG move to a South Florida Carrier that was just horrible. Nothing got done like agreed, they even were throwing our boxes in front of my wife.

I have had my storage with Across Usa Moving for almost 2 years, every time i go to access my pod the office staff is helpful and courteous. I will be moving out in the summer and when I do i will be using Across Usa moving department.

I was impressed with across usa movers. They showed up on time, they were within my budget, the movers worked quickly and carefully and there was no damage. My move was small but I still appreciate good service and will defiantly use them in the future

We used Across usa Moving for our grand piano move, we shopped around and found Across us price to be the best and they seemed to really understand the situation. There were two sets of stairs and a sharp turn at the top. The movers handled the turn and stairs with ease.

The guys were punctual and very very careful with our furniture. They were very mindful of the doors and walls of the buildings we were moving from and to. They were also very understanding of the strata by-laws in both buildings and adhered to them without complaint. I've moved so many times and have experienced the worst. This moving experience with Across USA Moving was a dream!

. They arrived promptly, they were courteous, respectful, efficient and most appreciated was the care they took with my treasures. And the billing was exactly as anticipated - no last minute surprises, and no trying to eke out an extra 15 minutes of billing. (actually their 15 minute incremental billing is one of the reasons I chose them.) They really are great. I have no problem recommending them to any of my friends.

The guys were AWESOME!! From the initial booking call (where the rates were very clearly explained), to the guys on-site, to the post move follow-up. Everything destroyed the typical stereotype of "moving companies" and "moving guys". They were professional, clean, friendly, FAST, and took great care with all our items. My recommendation would be: “Don't look around - just book with across usa moving!

Fast, efficient. The loaders were also very patient with my pestering and paranoia - I've been scorched by bad movers in the past, but in this case I appear to have hit on a winter, and it's just a pity I'm leaving the Texas area and can't use them again!

I have been referring Across Usa Moving to clients with much success, so when the time came for us to move I knew who to call on. The move was smooth and easy, the movers were couteous, efficient and respectful. No hesitation to keep referring this service on.

These guys were great friendly movers, very fast, efficient and trustworthy. They handled our items with care and can packed the truck fabulously! Unloading went super fast and they do all the heavy lifting!! Ya!! I would totally recommend this company to anyone and would use again myself.

Moved fast and efficient. They did not waste my time unlike previous movers that I shall not name. Nothing was damaged in the process, and they were very polite and punctual.

Not too long ago I used Across USA Moving for my move. I had great guys (Travis and Manny) for both my pickup and delivery, the picked up my stuff on a Monday and brought it to me on a Saturday!! Both my pickup and a delivery were quick and easy, the office staff were friendly and easy to work with. I realize that not everyone can be satisfied, but personally I had a great move and wouldn't hesitate to call Across USA Moving again for a move

Moved house and required storage in between due to new home not yet complete. Head mover did a good job minimizing the number of crates required for storage. Overall, happy with service. Rates are a bit high but they were very careful with furniture which some cheaper movers are not.

In early March I had the pleasure of having Across USA Moving move my home. Let me say Well Done!!! They were on time on the Saturday morning and met the time estimated with ease. Even in the face of a second mover, moving into my new building,Across USA movers were able to deal with the situation and work around any obstacles. As for the move, noting was missing or lost and nothing broken or damaged. I am please to recommend Across USA Moving to others and look forward to when the time comes to using their service once again. Well Done!

My wife Rebecca and I hired Across USA Moving for our move in June . Since we were moving on a Sunday, I expected to have less than enthused movers show up. Instead, we were pleased when they showed up exactly on time, introduced themselves and got started. There were torrential rains that day but they didn't miss a beat. The cleanliness was exceptional, as was the attention to detail. We were extremely impressed with all areas of the job and would recommend Across USA Moving to anyone looking for great service and a trouble-free experience!
