Prompt polite service to repair our sump pump during particularly rainy weather.We were able to avoid any water damage. Very happy with the service and would recommend them. They gave us a very fair price and they were able to replace the pump in 30 minutes.

Vernon (3762) was prompt, professional, friendly, and efficient in getting our main line cleared from a clog on a Friday night. Thank you!

Brian came on a holiday and spent two plus hours warming and unclogging our sludge-frozen pipe. He did a good job. Unfortunately the frozen pipe has cracked and we'll have to call once again to get that problem rectified. Based on the work done, I would recommend them.

Very prompt on service. However, did not do a good job with clean up. My house is in worse shape than before. A lot of clean up. Not sure if I would use or recommend.

Last Tuesday I dropped the top of my toilet tank and broke it (the tank, not the top) and water was leaking all over. I called Roto Rooter and they came within an hour and fixed it before noon! I couldn't be happier with the service! My technician's name was Brian and his number is 3403. He was so nice and professional!

Called rotorooter for a sewer back up. Technician arrive less than an hour later. Tech was Mike Anderson #2914. Mike was carefull to mimimize mess. Worked quickly and diligently. Kept us informed. Very nice to talk to. Highly recommend Mike Anderson.

5 1/2 hours late, they offered $40 off for the 5 hour wait but in exchange I couldn't use my $40 coupon, how convenient! Their "We diagnosis the issue for free" is also a scam as well. My main drain was clogged we had already snaked it with a main drain snake once so I called them to come out and find out what was causing the issue. The tech looked at the drain and said your main drain in clogged its going to be $419.00 to snake it!

Brian was great. He installed my new shower fixture and used the parts that I had on hand. He was efficient and knowledgeable. Definitely have had good service with Roto Rooter.

I called roto rooter for my back up drain pipe in my basement. I had other company out last week who did absolutely nothing but still charge me a service fee. Roto rooter came and diagnose and fixed the problem. They also help with getting the flood damage fixed with my home owners insurance. I really appreciate roto rooter for their professionalism and excellent work done. This whole process has been stressful but roto rooter helped relief some of my stress

John #1482 was very professional and thorough. He explained the charge to clear the kitchen drain before starting. He was courteous and explained what he was doing while working. He assured me he would clean up any mess if he made any. The drain was cleaned and he noticed I needed a new gasket on my current plumbing and he fixed it also. So no leaks and drain now works. Also, no messes to clean up!

I had called roto-rooter on 16 Aug., very early in the morning to request service. They never came @ the promised time window. I had to call them back to get a confirmation of the exact time, they were going to show up. They showed the next morning, I had a great customer experience with Mr. Gleason (1482). He was very knowledgeable with the plumbing issue I had. He walked me through everything that he was doing, to where I had a understanding of what was wrong, and what he needed to do to correct the problem. His courtesy, and professionalism was awesome! In the future, it would be nice if rotor-rooter would follow up with me for a time change, I should not have to call them.
