Wow...talk about outstanding customer service! Cody came to my house tonight to take care of a yellow jacket problem. He was outstanding. Not only did he take care of the problem and more, he came at 7:45 in the evening when he was already on his way home. He drove all the way back to our town. They are coming back tomorrow to make sure the problem is taken care of when they do a quarterly treatment. With this kind of .service I will be a customer for a long time. Thanks Cody, for making my home safe.

First i had a gentleman knock on my door selling service. he was wonderful as he believed in the product not just trying to make money. cody came out today for the first service and he wad just as nice and explained over againto make sure i knew exactly what i was getting into. i am over surprised by alterra. One thing both gentleman said was i would see more bugs once sprayed because they are moving out of area. they were not exaggerating!

Had my first service today. The service rep, Tyrell Wooden, did a great job explaining everything they were doing and what to expect next. He was courteous and prompt.

Had my first service today. My tech, Cody Hughes, did an excellent jobbing explaining the process and answering all of my questions. Cody was on time and even called before arriving. Cody was very thorough and reviewed everything he did before leaving.

Cody Hughes came out and did the initial service. He seemed knowledgeable, very polite and answered all my questions. Because we have not seen actual results yet, could not give 5 stars, but the customer service from Cody was excellent.

Cody Hughes came out and took care of all that was asked. He had a good knowledge of every problem we had. We had a bumpy start with Alterra but Cody regained my confidence. Knowing he will be my tech from here on out has restored my faith his company.

Cody H. was on time, explained the process and was very polite. He answered all my questions and made sure he addressed my problem areas. This was our first application so I can not speak as of yet to the result.

Terrance Harden #115 came for our initial service. He explained everything thoroughly and went the extra mile to make sure it was a job well done. Very satisfied.

Friendly. Courteous. Professional. Mikey Bonilla took the time to clearly explain my treatment and service options. Terrance Harden came out the very next day to perform the service on my home. Terrance walked me through all of the steps of the service that he intended for my home. When he left, I felt comfortable knowing that the job was done with the highest degree of confidence and professionalism. Thanks again.

Cody H. called letting me know what time he would arrive, and was right on time. He was prompt and courteous and completed the job in the allotted time. Cody explained the services to me clearly and answered my questions - making my wife feel at ease that the treatment was pet safe as my dogs like to eat the grass and plants around the perimeter of my house.



Not every tech that comes to your home makes you feel comfortable and confident that they will do a great job. Cody H. is a tech you can really rely on, job well done.
