Art Kirk stopped by today. We had called for a followup treatment after seeing a spider on our first floor. Art treated all floors of the house. He also did a yard inspection and treated bushes for red spiders. Was very quick, thorough and polite.

Anthony Davis treated our house and yard today. He explained what he was doing and was very polite and thorough.

Anthony Davis was out to service our house/yard today and did an excellent job. He answered a few questions I had, took time to show me so things he was noticing and overall I was extremely pleased. Great guy and very helpful and professional.

Anthony Davis was mine also. Anthony was friendly, great demeanor and knowledgeable. We have noticed a big decrease in ants, earwigs, and spiders. So far so good.

Alterra has been great from day one. Today though Chris Steele went above an beyond to help stop the spider problem! He was extremely friendly and was smiling the whole time despite the heat today! We have now been with them for over a year and plan to keep using them. Thanks Chris!

I was having a recurrence of carpenter ant intrusion after my initial and first scheduled treatment. A re-treatment was scheduled for 7/12 and A. Kirk immediately assessed where they were tracking and their entry point. After retreating the barrier along the foundation with something a bit stronger he put down bait at the entry point and along their track that was effective overnight in stopping the activity. I was amazed. Thanks!
