National is by far the best car rental company - easy to use website, nice set-up at the CLE airport, and friendly employees. Always a great customer experience. Thank you.

I liked that I could pick from the aisles and was able to get an upgrade with no additional charge. Everyone was so helpful and it was really easy. I travel weekly and I have switched from another brand I used often just because the tier process and getting rental deals is faster and easier. Great first experience.

I'm an Emerald Club member and used The Aisle. When I arrived, since I had already made my reservation, I bypassed the desk, walked to aisle, and picked from several mid-sized and full-sized sedans. Cleveland is the city that raised me, and National Car made coming home pleasant. Getting the vehicle was a breeze. Then on the return, I dropped the car off after hours for an early flight back to ATL and I happened to catch the Shuttle Bus. Actually, he saw me pull into the lot, and waited for me (The bus was just about full!). So nice! This experience set the bar for my Emerald Club membership.

I fly into cleveland at least once per year, normally for a period of 14 to 20 days for business. As an executive member, the rental process is always easy and fast. The only thing that bothers me is the lack of nicer options and variety of available vehicles.

I am a emerald club member and when I get to the rental car site the only have 2 cars ready (2 pick up trucks). They wash a sonata and this may be the worst rental car I have ever had from national. Highly disappointed!

I landed around midnight and was in my car in under 2 minutes (yes, I pre-booked; no, this is the first time in 5 years I've been to National). Quick & Efficient. Given I fly regularly on work, maybe, I'll take a rental instead of the taxi next time on.

Watch your bill.... Had a same-day rental for a day trip. Rented a compact car and was offered an upgrade when I checked in, which I declined. When I received my emailed statement, I was charged for the upgrade that I didn't want. Had to call customer service to get resolved....

Getting a car was relatively quick and easy, which was nice when my flight was delayed and I didn't get to the car rental counter until midnight. I was also relieved that they were open that late so I could still get a car. The agent was courteous and helpful. I was not pressured at all to add on services. I was happy with the choice of cars, and the price was great. The agent informed me that I was eligible to just walk past the counter and pick out any car from the Emerald Isle. That would saved even more time. I will definitely do that next time.

Hands down the best! Easy, fast, friendly and booked a last minute special for four days and got an unbelievable smokin' deal, outstanding! Thank you National, you are clearly # 1.

I try to use only National for a number of reasons: First, they are usually the cheapest in their daily rates and their is very little difference in rates between car categories, so I can get a smaller car if it is just me, or a larger car if traveling with a team and not have to worry about a large increase in cost. Two, the Emerald Aisle advantage is huge, just walk up, pick your car, show your ID at the gate and drive off. Best rental company out there, hands down.

I use solely National for both my business and leisure needs. Never a problem, good selection of cars. Highly recommend.

I used my Emerald Card last week to rent a car from National. My company wants me to use Hertz but they failed to have a car available. I called National, made a reservation and drove out with a car in less than 10 minutes. Nice job National!
