Had a very good experience with National Car Rental in Cleveland (Airport) - Great Car, Great Service!

I have been using National Car Rental in Cleveland for the past 40 months on a regular basis. They usually have a good variety of vehicles to choose from. Their customer service group always makes me feel like I really matter. The Emerald Club counter bypass feature makes the entire selection process quick and easy. I would have no reservations about recommending this particular facility to anyone.

I love the staff at the Cleveland Airport location. They are always accommodating. If I need anything, they are always there.

I'm always in Cleveland and rent from National. For the last 8 years they have great service and a good selection of cars.

Emerald Club is the only way to go. Mostly mid size cars, but gas is cheap again. Cleveland Airport Rental car center is not near the Terminal. Be sure to GPS the rental car center, not the Airport and give yourself 20 min just to ride the shuttle.

Use this Cleveland Hopkins location several times a year. I find the vehicles dirty, not cleaned and selection average.

Very easy to get in and out of the Rental Car Center with friendly staff at National. Great customer service made my trip enjoyable!

I am so spoiled with on-site locations. Having a take a shuttle over is a huge PAIN and makes it trickier for making flights when you're running fast! And I always am..... :) But folks there are super-nice. The shuttles do run frequently. I love picking my own car. PLEASE move the site next to the airport!!

My only issue was with the location. It is not as close to the airport as one might wish. other than that... great staff, the car was clean, everything worked, and no problem with the drop off. Highly recommend National.

A little confusing on where the emerald club cars were the particular day I came, but found some help quickly and was on the road in no time. New vehicle, very friendly service at security, and quick check in when I returned the car. Well done!

Mediocre experience for me. the counter sent me out to get a car then the lady at the gate told me she could not find my reservation. Took 5 minutes to get that cleared up and get out of the airport. I travel for work and this was the first rental car ever that did not provide keyless entry. I had to use the key to lock and unlock the car every time. Seems minor but try doing it for awhile-it sucks! Nothing too huge, but I have had better overall experiences with Enterprise.

Great experience! NEVER went to a counter!

Went straight outside and picked a car (a guy was there to help and he spotted one for me with USB so I could plug my iphone in for NAVI), then I drove to the gate and a guy checked my credit card and ID and I was GONE! Price was nearly HALF everyone else for a one way 1300 mile drive! AWESOME!

Have been a dedicated National customer for several years, they are always wonderful. During this rental, I had an engine light come on mid-trip, along with a warning light about the stability control system. I continued on to my destination (it was only 5 minutes away) and called their 24 hour roadside assistance. The agent I spoke with was delightful, customer focused and had a new car delivered to me within a couple hours (I was 2 hours away from the closest airport). Just one of the reasons they have my loyalty!!

Easy easy easy! It took no time to get to the Aisle, choose a car and check out. Person at the gate was very polite and helpful. Rates were great. I'd considered a shuttle to my destination, Akron, but knowing how easy this is, I'll go with National from now on.

I recently rented from CLE. The 'get in your car and go' provides an exceptional customer experience - no delays. Upon return, the staff were quick and courteous with immediate receipt follow up by email. Thank you.

Overall experience was fine. Our car was picked up in Cleveland. The car had trash from previous rental in the console the attend at the gate did not want to take it from us. In the end she did.
